I didn't know that 4pc chicken combo doesn't have fries with it. So I had circle back to drive thru ordering fries from ala cart. I had to wait nearly 15mins for that fries, only after 6-7mins of waiting I was told fries are being prepared. Reached home having the chicken could see and feel the feathers of the chicken skin. Am not going to this KFC again. There are many other KFC outlets who treat customers nicely and good food. Can't blame KFC for such mis managed restaurant.

Horrible customer service I spent over $30 of my hard earned money and i’m not upset about my straws but they forget my straws for my drink and then also they can’t even take down the order correctly This is very rude. If She wasn’t rushing me she would’ve took in my order correctly. when I went back to let them know what happened to my order she says why am I in the restaurant? Not my fault that the door was left open even though it was roughly 930pm and the restaurant inside the dining area didn’t close until 10 PM. This place makes you feel unwelcome.

This one is hit-or-miss depending on the people working the drive-thru. I only go inside to order now because of how frequently the orders were wrong. Food is always cooked well though.

Ordered on the app for "quick pick" and found out there that even with a drive thru you have to park and go inside. Absolutely ridiculous! Then, I find out inside that they no longer offer grilled chicken, but the app let me order it. Also absolutely ridiculous! They automatically substituted fried chicken, which I can't eat! A slightly rude lady said I would have to go online to get a refund. Even more ridiculous! We are DONE WITH KFC!

So this KFC is part of a Taco Bell. When looking up food in the area, KFC shows as “open.” So I drove all the way out there just to find out that the KFC was closed, but the Taco Bell was open. What kind of sense does this make? They’re in the same building, it’s not like you can just have a breaker box for one half of the store. PS- upon my arrival there was a heavily intoxicated person simply standing at the drive through window. Consider better areas, and double check the times. Maybe even call if you feel so adventurous.

Just like an KFC you go to. It is a Taco Bell/KFC, so you can order both if you like. My meal was perfectly fine with no issues. Staff were very friendly and facility was clean. The only reasons it lost a star was due to no Spoon for my sides.

Dine-in finally opened! Love the $5 fill up box, K-1. I was hungry & so glad I didn't have to eat in the car, everything was great. The restaurant was clean until I tried to get a refill of my Mango Brisk Tea, the 1st time I drank it was amazing. Then the second time around it tasted watered down, I told the cashier & waited about 10 minutes & tried to run it thru but it still came out watered down & clear. The manger saw me having difficulty but didn't offer help or a solution. At the end, I got tired of wating for them to change or fix it, I had to leave with another drink.

I come here every so often, but about 4 months ago stopped because the food had become almost inedible. Recently came back and was pleased to find the whole place remodelled. The whole place is very clean, including the bathroom. As a male, I can assure you the men's (or as they say, gent's) bathroom is very clean and almost everything is hands free. The food is WAY better now and just as good as a few years ago, maybe even better. New staff is friendly and helpful, definitely gonna come back here more often! Also, try the popcorn chicken, you won't regret it.
