The worst pharmacy both speed, and accuracy. Awful hours as well. I have waited multiple times on the phone for over an hour. I would go somewhere else if it wasn’t for its location but sadly…. It’s time especially with prescription delivery. BE BETTER MANAGEMENT AND CVS

This local neighborhood CVS has gone downhill. This includes the front-end of the store as well as the pharmacy. The sad part is management and CVS corporate could care less! It is next to impossible to get someone from the pharmacy on the phone. The hold time and amount of times I have been disconnected is ridiculous! ☹️

This is one of the best pharmacy 's in our area!! The pharmacists are very nice and if you need your script filled they do their best to get it done fast. John is one of the pharmacists and is always nice, he has a great sense of humor but takes his job seriously.. thank you for all you do.

Slow. Lazy. Pick up and hang up phone calls regularly. Don’t let people know when their prescriptions are back ordered. Just all around awful and unpleasant to deal with.

I have called this stupid CVS 5 times today and have been hung up on each time after going through all of the prompts and waiting on hold. I hate this store!!

🚨🚨🚨🚧⚠️⚠️⚠️🚨🚨🚨This CVS is Absolutely HORRIBLE THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE THE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. I ordered pictures to be printed online twice. Both times when I arrived to get my pictures they were misplaced they couldn't find them and I actually had to look over the counter to find my pictures just sitting on a random box not in a photo envelope and to make matters worst. They didn't have a photo envelope they put it in a plastic bag THIS IS ABSOLUTELY BY FAR THE WORST CVS IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY RUN FAR FROM THIS LOCATION TO AVOID A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I got my covid booster here. The girl who did it was rude and rushed me when it wasn’t busy at all. There was no one around and I made the last appointment possible for the day after work. She jabbed my arm so bad it hurt more than any other shot I’ve gotten before. It made a weird popping sound too that I’ve never heard before which made me nervous. I suffer from really bad anxiety and panic attacks so I wanted to sit and wait afterwards. She just told me I didn’t have to wait 15 minutes and to just leave, basically rushing me out, which I thought was really strange. I don’t want to go back to that location for my booster because I’m afraid of getting that same girl. Every one else that worked there was fine, but that place is DEFINITELY understaffed like every other CVS I’ve ever been to even before the pandemic.

Terrible! The doctor called in a prescription for a nebulizer and medicine on Monday night for me to pick up on Tuesday morning. I paid for the medication and was told the nebulizer was not in stock. I asked if they could send the prescription to a nearby CVS. Was told they had to ask the pharmacist (who was standing 5 feet away) and proceeded to wait in another line for over ten minutes. Gave me plenty of time to wonder why they would sell me medicine I obviously couldn't use or why they didn't call and tell me they didn't have what I needed ahead of time. Tried to call the next day to see if they had the rest of my prescription in the store but after multiple disconnects from their phone system reached out to my doctor and had the prescription sent to a different store. Never again!

Absolutely terrible experience! Extremely understaffed and disorganized. The only reason I will rate this experience 2 stars is because of the friendly employee, whom I believe was named Fardan, assisted me and addressed all of the issues I had with kindness. He made my dreadful experience a bit easier, assisting me with the self checkout and figuring out my coupon situation. Will not be returning, but I appreciate the treatment I received amongst the chaos happening within the store.
