I took my car in for repair on Monday and needed it back by Thursday. Late Monday it was determined that additional parts were needed and the adjuster would be out the next day to approve. Next day the adjuster fails to show up. Rachel got the additional work approved over the phone and called to let me know. Every step along the way I was informed of the progress of the repair. I picked up the car early Thursday morning. Collision Solution exceeded my expectations. My compliments to Hal, Racheal and the boys in the back, all were terrific! Thank you. There is absolutely no other body shop in the suburbs that I will take my vehicles to. The crew is spot on professional, total and complete repairs are accomplished in a timely manner, and if so desired, updates made as to the status of the work being performed. My vehicle looks better than the day I purchased it, and has no issues since the accident. They handled the return of the rental car, and all the other logistics that go into this kind of issue. Collision Solutions needs to be your first and only choice for body repairs and painting. They will have your vehicle better than new, no doubt about it.
