They just never get it right. I ordered a strawberry sundae with whip cream and nuts on top. They normally always charge for them, but forget the nuts. I assumed it happened again, but they loaded it in the middle with peanuts as if it was a peanut buster parfeit. Disgusting. Then we ended up with someone else's food. We got our chicken and someone else's dinner.

Vanilla shake tasted like it was pulled from freezer. Had an off taste. Wasn't worth the cost for the size.

We were about the only people in the store, standard DQ, enjoyed our visit and would gladly come back!

Asked for vanilla ice cream with mini mms and a vanilla fudge sundae with crushed nuts. Got some full sized peanuts in the bottom of a cup, then some syrup then a little ice cream on top. They asked if I wanted a lid, and I asked to confirm that they heard my order ok, as they were having trouble hearing people. She just held it upside down and asked again. I noticed it looked more like chocolate than vanilla, so I mentioned that I just wanted vanilla, and was told they put chocolate syrup in it too. And that’s “how we make them” while shoving it into my drivers hands. Worst DQ I’ve ever been to. I dislike chocolate syrup and my driver nearly choked on huge whole peanuts hidden in the bottom of the cup. We both threw them away and went across to mc Donald’s to get some vanilla ice cream with mms in it and a vanilla fudge sundae with crushed nuts. I guess it was too simple for DQ. And the rudeness of that staff has put me off the whole chain for a bit. It’s too expensive to be told you are wrong for what you had wanted.

There seems to be a crew of women and a crew of men. When the guys are working they always seem to be goofing off and takes 45 min to get through the drive through. We had an issue with our order once and the manager was a total jerk about it. When the girls work it seems take just a few min and are never backed up.

Came here last time and had a bad experience but decided to try again to see if this time was different, nope. We ordered a banana split to go and when they handed us the bag, the strawberry was leaking and they gave us the dirty napkins they used to try and clean it up. We only live 5 minutes away from this location and when we got home it looked like this.

Saddest soggiest fries. Management was awful and the kids in there are clearly not qualified to be working. Got my order wrong twice. It was made online and we had to still wait 15 minutes after the “ready” time and that was with it being incorrect. It’s not even a busy time there wasn’t but 3 cars in the parking lot. Do better

This store always has a long line in the drive through because they are great and everyone wants a treat! They are willing to customize items and my crunch cone is always adequately covered in crunch! And their banana split holders are larger now so they don't melt out the sides like in the old days.

I always love coming here. The ice cream takes me back to my childhood when I use to eat Dairy queen ice cream with my grandpa when he was alive. The ice cream always tastes great as usual. The staff members are very friendly and polite. And the new dipped cone flavor is super delicious. It tastes exactly like my favorite fruity cereal. I hope they make more unique flavors for ice cream for people to enjoy.

The food was great, we had to use the Drive thru. The thing is, we had to wait about 45 min to order. Take the good with the bad right. While patiently waiting for my food, A Turtle passed me, in the drive thru window line. He must of had a VIP pass. Lol
