I was a regular here for about 3 years, never really had a bad experience, staff was always friendly until last week. I went in to buy a 12 pack & when the guy at the counter rang it up, he said total was about $25 & some change inc taxes. I thought he was new because I had never seen him there before. I told him it was not priced for $23.99 on the shelf, I usually pay no more than $22 & some change. He was rude, mentioned he was the store manager & proceeded to ring me up. Never again. I now go to Total Wine down the street. They have great prices & so much to choose from!

Told on multiple occasions by Employees and Manager’s, “come in tomorrow first thing and we will be putting out some allocated bourbon”. I’ve fallen for their tricks too many times now, they have never had allocated bourbon….ever, even though they continue to tell customers they will. In reality, they are selling wolf tickets to customers due to their concerns over losing customers to Total Wine & Spirits up the road. I’ll take my business elsewhere,

I went to this store yesterday and I did not have my ID with me, which is fine for not giving me services but the cashier guy just told me to ‘get out of the store’ repeatedly, straight up without saying sorry or any other word. I’m a regular customer and I am V.I.P with them but this is not the way you make customers and keep your regular customers. I’m done with this store would not recommend anyone else to buy anything from here.!!!! Hope they take some customer service classes!!!!

Awesome and wide selection of all types of beers, liquors, and liqueurs. Carries items that may be hard to find in smaller liquor stores, like speciality whiskeys or mixed cocktails. Helpful staff, clean and organized store, and good prices.

Despite being called Big Red cask strength they never get in any good bourbon. I have gone here many times and every time I came up empty handed. The one time they got a lot of allocated products, no one was notified on social media. To top it off even if you were to get something allocated they will charge you well over MSRP for it. Shop else where and build a relationship with your local store owner. I have had much greater success with other stores. Your chances are much better with a mom and pop store than this store!

The best place to fine craft beer from everywhere! Sometimes you know you want something new but not sure. . Boom. Hello oatmeal cookie stout. The staff is helpful too. They genuinely like their jobs and are helpful. I found this little cutie pie and bought for a friend who lives out of state and visiting soon.

They have a great selection, and the staff were very helpful! They also carry Original Sin, as well as Cider Boys, both of which are really hard to find around Greenwood.
