Helpful staff and great selection of products. Nice selection of bearded dragons, fish and birds. They also have ball pythons, scorpions, tarantulas and guinea pigs. Adopt a cat while you're there!

This review is specifically for the dog training area. Both of my puppies have gone through the basic training course here and I have to say it has been incredible. The trainers are great. They work very well with the dogs. They schedule makeups if there is a class your can’t make. They are very knowledgeable about what they are teaching. I am very happy with the classes offered.

Can’t really decide between a 3 or a 4 star. I mean it’s a chain pet store, so they have a good selection, especially for people coming from out of Lexington. Pricey, but deals are good! I like the fact they also support local humane societies. Their grooming is not great. I had our mini poodle shaved here and they just did not do a good job and it cost like $65. Which is average for the area, but they just did not do great with shaving at all. They do require a list of all vacs before grooming.

We have been to this location many times. I have even used curb side pickup here. Workers are always friendly and helpful. I always find the perfect toys and treats we need. It’s always clean too.

Fish area was closed down but they had a sign informing that it should be up by Oct12th. Had a good assortment of things for all kinds of pets. A wide assortment of cats to choose from to adopt. Clean place. Well stocked. All kinds of sales.

Great store friendly staff. Some items are pricey here so it depends on what you are shopping for. Great clearance items here occasionally.

I had a lady today that went above and beyond what she had to do. I have a back injury but she didn’t know that and she helped me find a nice harness for my pooch. This lady was just nice. No one knows what is going on in other strangers lives. This is a hard time for our family and it was so nice to have a lady genuinely care and really help. She absolutely enjoys her job.

The Store over all has a Great selection and lots of different toys, treats, and more to choose from. All the staff is usually pretty nice but i just had an awful experience with the grooming. I scheduled my dog with a lady named Madison M because we recently worked with her before about six months ago. When i got there, a different lady took my dog and it wasn’t the girl that we had seen previously or the one that we signed up for. My dog has short hair and doesn’t need a lot of grooming so we go maybe twice a year. I do most at home but my dog has never had any issues with people EVER. She is great with children of all ages and I’ve had groomers usually say she does the best. Well, about 30 minutes into my dogs appointment- i get a call from the groomer asking if i can come pick my dog up early because she BIT her…? I said what?! My dog, and everyone who knows her, knows she is the sweetest thing with people. Prior to the appointment, when we were checking in, i mentioned that my dog does not like the crate and i don’t know why that’s the only issue she has about grooming but she has never BIT ANYONE and never a groomer. She said that my dog bit her when she put her in the crate. I went to pick her up and noticed blood on my dogs paws in multiple spots. I tried to keep my cool because my dog did in fact bite her- but she failed to mention it was because she cut her nails too short. She said that it was when she was putting her in the crate… but not just one nail was short but THREE NAILS. The Frist attached image is the worst one. My poor pup keeps licking her paws because it hurts …. Will not be returning to groomers. I can do it myself and not cut my dogs nails too short. Staff needs to be retained on nail cutting for sure.

I really liked it. They didn't have as many animals in, but that's understandable due to the current situation. They had everything I was looking for, however, and the layout was easy to navigate. The enployees were very helpful and nice as well.
