Came here because the competition down the road was too busy. Here I got right in, and they accepted the coupon I had from the competitor, which was awesome! They were friendly enough as well, but not super friendly. They got me in and out very efficiently though.

They dropped my oil cap and cracked it. Didn’t tell me. Put it back on my car, and $175 later I was on my way. Left on a trip to Utah and smelled oil, stopped and realized the busted cap was leaking oil all over my engine. Tried to remedy as best I could, and continue my trip. Then I started getting an engine misfire, check engine light, and limp mode. Found a mechanic and he said coil packs and plugs were soaked. Replaced them all. Continued to drive, check engine light and limp mode came back on…. New mechanic said it’s camshaft and crankshaft position sensors, that they are soaked with oil all over. Car will now not run AT ALL. Called jiffy lube and they blew me off and said “we are sorry about that.” Been a jiffy lube customer my entire life. Never again will they get ONE PENNY of my money! What a joke they are!
