The team that worked on my car was AMAZING. I’m a 20 year old girl, so I don’t know much about cars. They did explain things and definitely sold me on getting more things fixed on it, but they explained each and every thing in terms I would understand, and just their personal opinion on each thing with my car. The service took about 1.5 hours for the oil change. I liked not getting out of the car. But there has been a follow up problem. The under body panel was not secured properly and it has been dragging all week. When I looked at it- it is almost worn away completely. It is still dragging- but it will need to be replaced. I sent the facility a message and a photo- but have not had a response yet. I would appreciate a kind follow up to get Navi to the 5 start experience I usually get from this location. Thx. They mounted a new tire I provided on my rim that had a bad tire, they let me drop it off while I ran some errands. They called me shortly after and then mounted it where I had a spare. Keith was the person who helped me he was very good! I will return in the future for maintenance or to mount tires. Inexpensive too! Service: Tires

Will not be returning..very ill prepared when they do the oil change..came in with 4 tires aired up . Left with air taken outta my tires by the guy who was supposed to be checking the air in them . Apparently he didn't know how to do that .. Possibly could of blew a tire on the interstate because of Jiffy Lube Greenwoods untrained staff. Worst place I have been. Service: Oil change
