Fills script, asks if my kid's got an allergy to the med because of a pop-up... At 8pm... So I have to wait a day, call the doc, find out it's fine, drive back again, wait again, and find out they threw it away? And the cycle begins again. Update: The pharmacist last night apparently under-rated the chance of a severe allergic reaction by *half* if you believe the new guy over the one from last night. What a dumpster fire.

Closing at 1 pm and not listed on website. Encountered pharmacy tech named Alana. She was rude and condescending. She and pharmacist said feel free to take my business elsewhere....so I did. Drive up window has not been open for months. Other employees at this pharmacy always were friendly but not these two.

This pharmacy has very quickly gone downhill. The first few years I dealt with them they were great. Staff was very pleasant and competent. They always knew who I was by name. Very pleasant experience. Fast forward to the Covid pandemic…yikes can hardly explain the difference. Staff is not pleasant, prescription is never ready even though the automated system reported the rx was ready to be picked up. The technician said “you cant pay any attention to then automated system “. What? But by far the worst experience was on a Sunday afternoon, they had unexpectedly shortened their hours. They posted them on a very small sign that day. There were about 15 patients in line to pickup their prescriptions and they just closed the gates in our face and said “we’re closed”. I am a licensed registered nurse. I think it is their (the pharmacists) ethical responsibility to see the patients are taken care of. Seems they could have stopped others from getting in line and taken care of the ones who were in line ( some of us for an hour) before they just shut the gate and announced they are closed. I am not sure what the answer is. But I would expect more from a licensed health care professional such as a pharmacist to be a bit more caring and well more professional.

Terrible service and one of the female pharmacy technicians (50ish, long dark hair & glasses) has a really bad attitude. She’s always very argumentative. It would appear that she hates her job. Customer service is obviously not her calling.

What happened to this place? They used to be great! They were always be so quick and convenient and the staff was so nice! Uou could go in or use the drive through! Now Im not sure why I continue to use them, probably convince, but this WILL def be the last. They cant even figure out where their prescription are apparently theres more than one place to look. Ive waited almost a wk calling back and forth with them stating no prescription was sent and the Dr. Office stating it was sent it!! Finally after a lengthy conversation with a gentleman repeatedly giving the patient name, dob and dr name...he finally finds it!! It's been a wk.. what are these people doing and not doing. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

What a joke. Forced to wait 15 minutes in drive thru w no other vehicles. Still no assistance. This place is grossly incompetent. They dont care about service.

I've always been treated with friendly respect and professionalism here. They solved complex insurance and drug company interactions for us. Sometimes at really busy days or times of day, patience can be tested a bit, but since I'm retired I am able to avoid those times usually.

This Kroger pharmacy is the slowest, most mind-numbingly anti-customer service pharmacy around. This place sucks! I want to pull my hair out and/or scream. They always seem understaffed and/or undertrained. The pharmacist (bearded guy) might peek over and say "one second, sir" then proceed to ignore you. I hate this pharmacy! I'm never coming back.

It really depends who you get at the courtesy window. Some employees are very helpful and go out of their way to encourage you and listen. Others couldn't be bothered and will have you wait at the walk-up window for five minutes or more. It's an average pharmacy, akin to a local CVS or Walgreens.
