Great experience. I was in route out of town my turn signal was blinking faster than normal. I choosed OReilly because that zone company was rude years ago. Didn't have time for foolishness. I was shocked the young man came out to change my bulb with no hesitatation. Very pleasant young man. 👍🏽

I called the O'Reilly Auto Parts store on 61st & Broadway in Merriville, Indiana to order a part for my car and before I could finish my conversation the young man on the phone had hung up on me. I was right in the parking lot of the store on the side of the building.I drove around the front and the young man was outside on his cellphone, just that quick.I guess his cellphone call was more important than customer service on the phone.

1st.time walk in and went got bulbs for my car . And the gentleman was very nice and professional and I asked would he be able to put them in for me and he said absolutely. Went to my car and was difficult but told me exactly where to go. Even though he had his mask on he was very good looking and he was tall. If you need parts this is the place to go

Great staff, always has the parts I need. They rent out tools and you can drop off used oil there which is really nice!

Went here for a simple battery . They sell me the wrong battery and I couldn’t get refunded for 3 to 5 business days. So I was without a car and battery for a day . Stood in the line for 30 minutes just for her to tell me she’ll refund me my money.

Greg the manager said he ordered a part for me, would be in the next day. Stopped in there the next day no part. Was told they would call. Never heard back. Went to Advance Auto Parts down the street, they had it brought from another store that day. Wasted my time!!

Longtime autozone customer but was very mistreated at the one down the street from here. I came to this store and the staff was amazing! So much so that my 18 year loyalty to only autozone now belongs to these guys! Thank u for showing me there are still good companies out there that care about their customers!!!!
