It was on a weekend when I woke up with a fever and a blistered throat. So rather than wait out the weekend I went here and saw NP Sandra Lee... she "evaluated me" then performed a strep test then told me that it isn't strep to take tylenol and if my sore throat persists go to my pcp for antibiotic medications (which I did and was then tested positive for strep). Now I am being billed on top of my insurance and copay for more than what my pcp (who actually HELPS ME) charges. If I could give her negative stars- I would- do NOT recommend!! A visit here only gives you wasted time and a bill without proper treatment..

THE VERY BEST CARE!! My son & I took my granddaughter on 11/28/21 to the Minute Clinic for throat, nose & coigh issues. Dana Weber, NP, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, caring, supportive & her diagnosis was spot on. I cannot thank Dana enough for treating my granddaughter, my son & myself with such respect & compassion.

Relatively high $139 charge for 5 minute visit and no Rx. Had issues with computer checking in but they took my anyway. Came in because I had been sick for 4+ days with 99-101 fever. Doctor essentially told me I am not sick enough to receive meds. She might have been in a rush and had too many patients that day. Check up was very brief with few lifestyle/follow up questions. Didn't check my sinuses for infection. Asked her if I could get antibiotics in event this was bacterial. She refused saying it is most likely viral? And while this logic makes sense, she had no way of knowing without extensive testing. It would make more sense to prescribe a broad spectrum but safe antibiotic like Zithromax. If it was bacterial I would have been at work the next day. I reiterated I was sick for 4 days and felt like death. Asked her how am I supposed to go to work? Response was "you should take a Tylenol and wear a mask"... A little irresponsible given we are in a pandemic. We shouldn't be masking symptoms spreading viruses around. Overall, the location was convenient. Got in and out fast. Dr was professional but visit felt rushed. Also disagree with prognosis and would have felt safer on antibiotic.

This is my 2nd time trying this place and will be the last. The first time I took my daughter due to a deep cough. We checked in 5 mins early and two people were working. One door said closed. The other you could hear she was with someone helping them. Shortly after the patient left the the NP knocked on the other door said something and the NP came out. They walked past us twice not even acknowledging we were there. I finally knocked on the door after 25 mins and she refused to open it. We sat there a total of 45 mins 30 of which no patient was there. We left. I got a call from them one hour after the initial appt asking if we were “outside waiting on the appt” I explained what had all happened and she said “the other lady was new and both thought the other had taken care of us” I said I knocked on the door and you wouldn’t come out. She apologized and I explained common courtesy is to make sure someone has been helped. Then today my son got a COVID test there outside (not at the minute clinic) and it was negative. We were told if it was negative he could be seen inside for no additional fee. I though ok I’ll try it again. Temp was 102.6 COVID negative. We checked in for an 11:30 appt at 11:25. The lady came out about 11:40 stating the “machine is wrong” there are 2 ppl ahead of us waiting outside and that “it could be awhile”. I thought ok well at least she acknowledged us. I then said, to clarify, he just had his test done outside (thinking maybe she wasn’t including him) and she was like “there are still 2 people ahead”. At this point I see nobody but ok we wait. She literally stands in the doorway. Doing nothing. 20 mins later a white family walks in and she takes them. I ask for the GMs Information and she tells me I am “being inappropriate” and she is “taking her patients back and done speaking to me”???? I was not rude loud disrespectful or any of the above as there were 2 children present. How was asking for a contact number “Inappropriate” after two bad interactions???? We had to schedule an urgent care appt for 2 hours later because the one that was available before they told us we could go inside (and sit for over 20 mins) was no longer available. I still want to speak to management.

Because

I've been to this minute clinic a few times. I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews. The NP is amazing. She listens and she's personal and she cares. She takes the time unlike every doctors office I've been to for myself or my family. Since going here I have not been back to my primary caregiver. LOL Thank you so much!

I used the online visit and it was the most convenient and hassle free Dr appointment ever. The Dr was very nice and informative. I do not have insurance and the price can not be beat! I 100% recommend.

I had the best N.P. Buress. She was very nice and polite I explained my medical issue and she listened and took the time to ask me questions to narrow down the issue. Got meds and out the door I went.. Thank you very much N.P Burress.

Went to the website and saw they would treat my sinus infection. Signed in and waited 2.5 hours to be seen. The NP (no Drs here) was gone to lunch 45 minutes later than was posted, no apology. She billed my insurance $129 before she finally saw.me and would not prescribe an antibiotic for my sinus infection. I could have bought the OTC she recommended without paying the $129. She said I could come back (for $129 more) if I continued to have a problem. I will not ever go back and would not recommend this place for anyone else.

If this place was my only option for a medical procedure, I would rather just die. The lady who placed my TB test wrote down that I was to be here today at 11:10am, and there was no appointment scheduled when I arrived. No effort was made to accommodate me, although simply reading a TB test would have hardly inconvenienced the other people waiting in line. The only option I was given was to wait for almost an hour. You people are a joke.

Kiosk says I'm next with 0 minute wait. Dr steps out with a patient asks if I am waiting for Minute clinic, I say yes. She says that she is doing a physical that takes a rather long time, then finishes up with and the clinic will be closing at 5ish. Why does your website say 7? And why did she put a closed sign up after I and another person after me signed in!? My opinion, you let us sign in, you let us stay. Mind you this is all at 4pm!
