Not to bad of a store. They are a little more expensive then walmart or krogers but when your in a hurry its a smaller store you can usually pop in and out of quickly. The pharmacy is a little on the slow side but it isn't really their fault since 1 side does covid testing. Plus they do covid testing if you cant find another place. Just make sure you sign up on the website and be prepared to sit there for a little while.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but my experience in the photo department was not great. I went in yesterday to pick up my canvas print, when I received it I realized out in the car that it had a bunch of lines on it, like when your printer is low on ink. No big deal, I figured I could take it in and they would maybe re-print it. When I took it back in I mentioned it to the man working who said, “that’s how it always looks, do you want it or not.” Very rudely. I ordered this exact canvas a year ago with the same photo from Charlestown Roads location and it did not look like that. I kept the canvas and took it to the Charlestown Road location, and asked the lady working there in the photo department if it was supposed to look like that, to which she informed me they should never come out looking that way. I got a refund at the State St. location (after standing there for a minute and watching the same man show someone’s photo to another worker and her responding “ew”..) and got my refund. If you’re wanting a print done here, save your money and go to the other locations.

Sat in drive through pharmacy for a half hour this afternoon. When my car finally got to the window, the pharmacist flipped the sign for “lunch break” without even talking to us. We returned two hour later, sat in line for another thirty minutes, got to the window, and were ignored for another twenty minutes before we gave up and went home. We will be having prescriptions sent to another pharmacy in the future.

I listen to the techs say sorry for your wait oddly but not surprisingly to men more so than women. I guess men are known to be more impatient?? So you catered too? Anyways then they said do you want to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for pickup. I said, No, I'll wait in the parking lot. The lady at the window never spoke to me again. So I took that as an Okay and I drove around to park and wait. I haven't picked up my prescription yet so I guess this is just judging the window help with how their observation, professionalism, kindness and sincerity was.

With so many other pharmacies in the immediate area it seems like the staff and pharmacists at this Walgreens would go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. It's not the case here. The staff is unfriendly, unorganized, and seemingly uncaring.

I went to the state street Walgreen's after leaving the hospital. I'm a African american woman but I dress as a guy , and I looked a little messy (mind you I'd been on the hospital) . I alerted the woman that I was unaware of Indiana insurance and that the card I had is what they sent and what I'd been using for 6 months . I also explained I was very sick and needed those meds to prevent vomitting. The two Caucasian women decide to gang up and over talk me without even hearing me out . once I got mad they got madder and showed their true colors . they didn't even try to call my insurance company and see if I was me . I'll make sure my family and friends never come back to this Walgreen's .
