They were having drain issues the day before when I made my appointment never mentioned that they may not be open. I gave my number because they asked for it. Never received a phone call to let me know they weren't going to be open. Take 10 minutes call customers and let them know you aren't going to be open. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to not call customers. I had died my hair completely dark brown. I went in hoping for a miracle and that is exactly what I got. Coco said she would take me if I didn’t mind waiting until she was done with the client she had. While I waited I tried to find a photo of what I looked like before. My phone won’t load. She asked me a few questions at the beginning. Then a few here and there. When I sat down I told her to do whatever just make it better. She had no idea what my hair use to look like. When she turned me around when she was finished I could have cried. My hair was back to normal. Even better! I was so thankful! Highly recommend. She really knows what she is doing. She was multi tasking and everything. She really pays attention to her clients. Services: Hairstyling, Hair highlighting, Haircut

I've been to this place a number of times to grab the 7 foils for 24.00.Well now it's 5/ for 24.00.ExcuseMe!! I got read the riot act! On how this is how much it is now and I'm not losing my job over doing more unless your charged for a partial then and spoke non-stop .I couldn't get a word in !! Ridiculous!! So I just never bother to go back in.That customer service made it totally not worth the trip!!

There is a most knowledgeable, highly experienced, down to earth, most incredible woman with such expertise.. I am blown away. Her name is Coco.. and she is incredible. I initially went in for a consult about getting highlights .. she welcomed me to show her pictures of what I wanted.. and she took the time to explain the differences in types of highlights. This wonderful woman knows her stuff. She also gave me a trim .. as well as styling my hair. I am so pleased with the results. Today, I went back to Coco and had hair extensions sewn in .. and what else can I say except WOW!! I can’t say enough about her expertise, her wonderful personality .. and how she is just the BEST at what she does . When it comes to pricing .. extremely reasonable .. just wow. Coco if you are reading this … THANK YOU ! I’ll see you soon!!

Coco is very unprofessional. I was going to have Bri do my. But Coco stole me away from her saying i was her customer. I told Coco i wanted carmel highlight and she but dark highlights in and left a blunt line in back with all blonde. Very upset. If u go have Bri do your hair. I came back and had Bri fix my hair and she did an awesome job. Also on the phone since i only wanted partial highlights she said i will be paying for full highlights when i come back. I fill it should be free for not listening to me and screwing my hair up bad. Service: Hair coloring

Shop location extremely convenient!(inside Walmart) I can buy bananas, fresh beef/fish, clothing/shoes & get a haircut & more in 1 store!! I was very pleased that I didn't have to wait long for a haircut! Staff were VERY friendly! My stylist's name was Coco. I think she's the best stylist I've had in a while!! She enjoyed talking about positive topics, was bursting with cheer, &really paid attention during the hair cut, whether I liked it or not! The Salon was very neat & tidy! Also, since I mentioned my nearly 10yr. Tour in the US Army, she thanked me for my service! I think my search for a new hair stylist(my prior stylist moved away) has come to a close, all thanks to Coco!!

Blaze did a beautiful job on my hair. I haven't had highlights in 15+ years, and was a bit nervous. She was absolutely great with listening and was enthusiastic to help me choose. The blending of highlights is so perfect I couldn't be happier. It is nice to have a good conversation with your stylist and even better when they make you laugh. Definitely will be going back.

I absolutely love SmartStyle! I’ve been bringing my hair to Darcy for two years to get it cut and colored. I rarely have to wait, the staff is always bright and upbeat, the salon is always spotless. They make me feel like they’re glad I stopped in. I never feel as pretty as I do when Darcy is done with my hair. I could go somewhere else and spend lots more money than I do, but I doubt I could find another Darcy. I HIGHLY recommend SmartStyle!
