Tonight we had a huge misunderstanding between online customer service and the in store shopping. The ladies at the store helped us navigate through it patiently. Highly recommend this store. The staff is super kind and wants to help you out. Im grateful they were able to get us the deals we were supposed to recieve. Nicole was one person who helped but I know there were others who helped my husband in the store tonight. I am glad they were kind and very helpful to him and my kiddos.

It's hard to say that I love any clothing store, but Carters has just about everything you could need for your newborn to, I dont know...six year old. They have really nice outfits and they always have stuff on sale. Not only that but there is osh kosh there too. Great for girls or boys.

Always find great clothes for the grandsons at super prices ... Spend way more than I intend to but the quality and selection are excellent

First visit to this location. Just like the outlet store in Michigan City. Great prices and sales. Store was organized very well. Everything was easy to find!

I gave it 4 stars because I stood in an empty line for all of 5 minutes before I was offered help. Im picking up an online order so it didnt take me long to cash out. Aside from that the store is clean there is a restroom & fitting room at this location.

On my first visit the computers were down however, I was met at the door to inform me so that I was aware there might be a short wait at the cashier. That was appreciated. They get 3 stars because although they had a bomb sale going on they didn't have what I needed and I drove quite a distance to find that out. They also get 3 stars because they are not easy to spot as they are located in a mall like area out of sight from the major street. Other than that I'd visit this place again. Everything was neat and clean which is necessary when shopping for your little ones.

This is a smaller store so it doesn't have much of a variety like other locations. They never have enough staff working to assist you or ring you out. The staff is so unfriendly. I have never had a great experience here and I love their clothes. Please work on customer service skills.
