Love, love, love our new England Brantley sectional with cuddler. Lori was a delight to work with and super patient with me. I'm sure it was not a simple task. Delivery did take five months, but that is the way things are in this day and age now. We have also purchased Liberty Furniture-Magnola Manor side tables and TV console from them, a mattress a few years ago and it is still in perfect condition. I am very happy with everything we have purchased. Brouwer's communications and delivery were excellent. I highly recommend Brouwer's for all furniture needs and especially Lori! ❤

Not impressed after 2-3 Saturday visits. You can walk in this store and freely browse for the whole time and not be acknowledged by anyone before you leave. May be a plus for some but not me.

We were looking for a new couch. I was hoping to find one that was a recliner, but did not look like a recliner. We found one and the price was not too bad. Since that was the first place we looked we went to two other stores and did not find anything nicer that what was at Brouwer's. So we returned and purchased the couch and the best part is they delivered it ten minutes later. Wow, what service.

WORST customer service EVER! Had carpet picked out and on hold. They came out and measured. Called today to schedule install and magically the carpet I had on hold had been sold. Person said they’d see if they could get it and call me. NEVER received a phone call. When my husband and I went in the story was different and the lady just stared at us! Don’t waste your time going here! Went elsewhere and received much better service!

Ordered and fully paid for a sectional sofa from Brouwer's in August, waited a month to receive only part of the sectional. Fast forward to mid-October and my guests are still falling off one end of my couch. I am the ONLY PERSON making the repeated phone calls to get answers as to the location of the rest of my sofa...lots of verbal shrugging, was actually told "there was no one to blame here..." Completely frustrated and still waiting...waiting...waiting...

Great experience. Bought new living room set and they were extremely helpful with special ordering. Great sales pricing with great brand names. Ask for Laurie! Responsive and helpful in every way. One of Warsaw's gems that often gets overlooked.

The woman in the store did not want to help me when I asked questions about the beds. I was looking to purchase a entire new bed and left feeling as if I did not rate. Went to Mattressfirm and was treated great and spent over $4500. Guess she should not judge by what she "thinks" is too much to spend.

This store is great! We have had great service every time we go in! The have tons of affordable options. They stock a number of different carpet options and have a large selection of remnants. They even remembered my name when I came back!
