My son has a job where footwear is really important. He also has a history of foot and leg pain. We have always had good luck with Red Wing boots. Make sure that you are detailed when telling them what you need. Make sure they take the time to measure your feet even if you think you know the size you want. Most of the staff are very knowledgeable. If you take the time they will find you what you need and a good fit.

As a female in need of a safety shoe I've been to so many shoe stores that have little to no women's safety shoes. They might have them online or maybe order you what you want, but honestly if I wanted to order a pair of shoes I wouldn't be "in* the store🤨. I had the best experience ever at the Red Wing shoe store in Cedar Rapid.

Very Nice Clean Store. Shoes bought here can last up to 20+ years and have amazing great quality leather and insolse. Sotre is very neat and kept clean.

The salesperson was overly friendly. I wanted to look around first and then ask some questions, but as soon as I walked in the door this guy was over my shoulder the whole time talking about everything I looked at. I ended up buying a pair I was already familiar with so I could just leave.

Quality work shoes at higher end prices. Lifetime warranty on your purchase. Has a pair of boots from 2012 they still serviced for me so they could be stretched at no additional cost to me. Very good Craftsman ship and buyer experience. Shoes here definately meet osha / regulatory standards for things like steel reinforcement or insulated properties. Many shoes are waterproof.
