They had an old ps2 game that I was acquiring and was super happy to be able to purchase. Super friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to the industry.

I managed to buy a PlayStation 4 and a PlayStation 2 here. Not same day mind you but I was able to reacquire two of my favorite systems. The staff here are very accommodating and friendly. I thoroughly enjoy doing business with Video Games Etc. Highly recommend! They also have old school Nintendo Products too. Like Super Nintendo, Wii and older Xbox as well.

Very few places you can go to pick up "antique" games for those wanting to relive their childhood, employees are always helpful in assisting you with what youre looking for.

Video Games etc is the place to go if you aren't the type to have the newest and most expensive systems on the market.. The customer service we received was outstanding..Shawn took the time to call and find a game we have been looking for..making my son and hubby very happy..thank you so much Shawn!! They always have a decent selection of games and cards. I myself collect pokemon cards. Great place to buy them but kind of a rip off to sell them cards. Of course they have to make money too.

Just moved to Cedar Rapids a year ago and every time I've been to video games etc the people working there have been friendly, knowledgeable, and have been a great help. Highly recommend this location 😃

This place has improved a great deal and they're trading credits are more than fair now. I love going to this place I always have a pretty good selection even in the slow time of year. Always friendly customer service I get and I will keep on coming back for years to come
