Heartland Yoga is the best! Immediately during my first visit I felt this was the yoga studio for me! Betsy made me feel welcomed and I could see that she had developed a rapport with all of her students. The studio is clean and organized. Her yoga instruction is both relaxing and challenging. I am so happy that I've found Heartland Yoga!

When you walk into Heartland Yoga, you feel welcome and invited. It's almost like you are at home practicing yoga with friends. There is a peacefulness about the large windows overlooking downtown Iowa City. It is unlike any place in town and a must for any newcomers or visitors to the area.

Great location with a comfortable studio that features floor-to-ceiling windows letting in lots of natural light. I'm a big fan of Jackie's class on Sunday afternoons!
