If I could give this location less stars I would. I visited this store last week on 8/24; was sized by a professional boot sales person named Brittani, she sized me and sent me to the store off Sante Fe since they didn't have my size at their store. Three days later my toes were bleeding under the nail. I called and the manager said I was sized a size too big and to come back. I went in a second time 8/30; was sized by another individual telling me the previous employee sized me wrong. So I purchase a new pair; taking my time to find the Thorogood's. The corner of the sole breaks off the following day on the new pair of boots from going up and down a ladder. I am carrying a-lot of weight but for the sole of a boot to tear off is insane to me... I call and Brittani says "no problem it can be replaced as a "defect"! ". I go in today 4/1, Darnel the store manager tells me now that the sole doesn't fall under the requirements to be "defected" and they are not taking the fall for it. E. Edwards tells you with each purchase they warranty ALL shoes with a replacement or they can repair your boots through the manufacture as a "defect" it's all a load of BS. Now, I am out $199.95 for sizing me wrong and $267.36 for a defective boot sole. I would say only go here to get sized and buy your boots through Amazon (which you can send back for any defect) but they can't even size an individuals foot size correctly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
