Our experience at the Boot Barn off of Kellogg was outstanding. Diana W helped us pick out clothes and even would go get different sizes when they wouldn’t fit. She added the personal touch to getting new clothes for our new job. Very pleased with the customer service. Several other were also lots and lots of help. Thank you Boot Barn and Diana very very pleased with our visit.

Staff could've been more helpful with finding what I needed instead just ushering me in the general direction. The manager was nice and held my boots/ inserts and oil for me till I came back. I've been to several locations in at least 5 different states and this one has the worst service of them all. Sorry guys, but it's the truth...maybe some training should be had or people replaced on the floor. I did get asked if I was finding what I was looking for, but then I was only directed instead of some one taking a hands on approach like I've experienced at other locations. Hope things improve.

Had a really bad experience here. I found a boot that I really liked but they couldn't find the other mate to it. Instead of helping me find another pair or asked if I even wanted to order the boots online they just put the boot up and walked away without a word.

I just bought them again, yes my Dr. Martens Men's work boots, because it's hard to get them at the outsports stores due to the pandemic, containers are still stucked from China, but the boots are awesome, this is probably the 6th pair of Dr. Martens I have bought, with steel toe and they are waterproof as well & cool design, I highly recomend them! * Update, today I wear them for 10 hours, they feel like if I were wearing gloves for my feet so comfortable, I'll give 5 golden stars to these awesome work boots.

They are definitely not a discount store. I believe the fella that helped us was Pat. Himself and I both bought boots. Although we spent about $100 more than planned, I believe I can speak for the both of us when I say... We are happy with our booths! Both pair are indeed quite handsome to look at! They make me smile! In fact I'd say 7 out of 10 folks that see my boots make mention of such. Plus; I kinda like this dress in there catalog. 👍 Yee Haw!
