Amazing vet office. I have been bringing my dog here since 2015 and they have provided wonderful care from day one. Dr. McGee is so kind and thorough. Lori and Jill are amazing techs. BAH was there for me when my cat died and recently my 12 year old dog underwent surgery and they were incredibly reassuring and kept me in the loop. My partner also started bringing their 3 dogs here and loves the team at BAH as well.

I have taken my dogs here for years and even recommended them to folks. My older dog got sick. I spoke with Jill who I advised me to take her to the animal hospital in Olathe. I called them and they wanted $1000. So i called Bradley back the following day. My dog was throwing up and in pain. Jill got back on the phone and asked if I had taken her to the hospital. I said no because they wanted $1000 and she said that's what it would be here too. I said so I just have to go put my dog down? And she said no but we are also pretty booked up. So i asked if i could even drop her off. She shot that down. Long story short it isn't about care it's about money.

Excellent service. We started going here one Friday afternoon when our cat got sick (of course right before a weekend) and our primary vet didn't return our calls. Bradley Animal Hospital not only took our cat in that same afternoon but also nursed her back to good health over the weekend. Their communication is prompt and thorough. Dr. Magee is so helpful and easy to work with. She is now our primary vet.

HANDS DOWN THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, COMPASSIONATE, and KNOWLEDGEABLE, veterinary staff, nurses, and doctors in the Lawrence community. When we moved to Lawrence from Oklahoma we decided to take our heart furbaby to a clinic closer to our home on the north west side of town. We got her all up to date for the year and had a wonderful experience with that doctor. I enjoyed the experience so much that when we picked up a new furbaby from Colorado 2 days ago I called to get our new baby all up to date on his gold star recommendations of veterinary care. So I called and made an appointment for the 27th this month because that was the earliest they could get him in. Well this morning our precious little one woke up and at his breakfast. Then at 6:30am he regurgitated up some worms with his breakfast. I was alarmed and as soon as the other clinic opened at 7am I called to see if they could see him and I would be happy to drop off and pay the full treatment plan estimate in good faith. Well I was told they won’t see new pets as a drop off and that they were booked until his appointment. The receptionist recommended I go to a feed store and get a dewormer. As a registered veterinary technician in NM and KS, with over 10 years of experience in the veterinary field, I could not believe that I was told by a veterinary staff to go to a feed store to deworm my puppy. I don’t know who trained her but that is not the Gold Star Standard of veterinary care I expect from an establishment that I trust with my 3 fur babies health. So I called up 3 other veterinary clinics that were close to my house and that opened before 8am and all refused to help. Then I called Bradley Animal Hospital on the opposite side of town because I knew of their doctors from my time as the Cardiolofy Nurse at KState. Jessica answered and she was so thoughtful, compassionate, attentive, and responsive. She was able to get us in the same day without any complaints but rather she cared that I had a sick puppy full of worms that I just needed to be seen by a veterinary professional. I can say that once we took Clark to be seen by Dr. Bradley we were welcomed graciously and Dr,. Bradley and all of his lovely veterinary staff were happy to be able to provide life saving veterinary care for an innocent fur baby that was unfortunately neglected by his “breeder”. We are looking forward to our visit again in 3 weeks to see how much he improves as he recovers. After this experience we have terminated our veterinarian, client, patient relationship with the other clinic and plan on making Dr Bradley all 3 of my fur babies primary care physician. Our family cannot thank Dr. Bradley and his Staff enough. We are forever grateful for their kindness during this difficult time.

Everybody at the Veterinarian Clinic did an excellent job as they always do. Dr. Bradley even took the time to call me briefly to talk about my cat. It's an excellent place to take your pet. Thank you dr. Bradley.

We have an English bulldog needed surgery, for breathing issues Stenotic nares and elongated soft palate, also his lower eye lids, were rubbing his eyes and causing pain and harm to his vision if not corrected. Surgery on a bulldog is touchy so we were very worried. Dr Magee was so caring and put us at ease. The surgery went great, and the day after I could see and tell he was breathing better than ever. His eyes looked great too.. The whole staff was great. His quality of life has greatly been improved. I am so happy with all they did for us and our fur baby. I couldn't stop thanking them. The 3 surgeries went great and she did such a great job. If you ever need a Vet you can trust this is your place. The price for the surgeries were even lower than quoted, so that was a nice surprise. Honest service we would have gladly paid the higher quoted price, but like I said when it was time to pay the bill it was lower than quoted..so if you are worried about your pet,, they give great care and are honest. I can't thank them for all they have done.. so we now joke about our baby getting a nose job and eye tuck. Look how young he looks... haha

I couldn't give a more glowing review of Bradley Animal Hospital. Not only are they always there to get my pet in for an appointment, but they really care about every animal. They always remember me and my lil' cat when I call, they offer personal follow-up after appointments to check in, and get us in for appointments at the drop of a hat. My dad grew up in Lawrence and took his childhood dogs to Bradley back in the 70's. Lifetime service, lifetime commitment to animals. Love this place!

Dr. Bradley and associates are a wonderful vets. Dr. Bradley is well-informed, understanding, empathetic, and always willing to work with us! My dog’s eyes were swollen shut when we woke up this morning and they still fit us in today to take care of my pup. Highly recommend this place. Absolutely wonderful staff!

I have been going to this lovely facility since I got my first cat back in 2006. Just today I had to unfortunately put down my black and white fuzzball due to developing cancer and the staff was so caring and understanding, readily staying 15 minutes after their closing time to make sure I had the time I needed to cope and accept. Thank you dr bradley and dr mcgee, you both made the last months of my cat's life as good as possible for her.

To Doc Bradley & Staff, We lived in Lawrence, Kansas until 2013. In 2007 we purchased 2 teacup poodles Mork & Mindy. When Mork was little he lost his hearing in one ear. We took him to doc Bradley and he said his eardrum broke. He gave me drops to put in his ear. In no time he was back to hearing and perking up both ears instead of just one. His eardrum was restored, We were thrilled. But we now live in Wichita and tried to go to vets down here, not so thrilled. They don’t have the equipment he has. He was having trouble peeing. So we took him in to Wichita vet, they said he needed prostate surgery and would wear a cone for 10 days. If that didn’t fix his problem they would send me to a animal cancer center in Kansas City????? I wanted to know what was wrong before the surgery, He was 10 ½ years old and we wanted a second opinion. So we made an appointment with Doc Bradley. He took him in and sonogram the area, came back and told us his anal glands were infected and he cleaned them out first. Don’t know how long they were like that. But in a few days he was acting like a puppy again. It took 2 treatments. He then Neutered him. No cone, no licking. He uses laser surgery so no bleeding or stitches. He was playing tug a war in no time. When we took him back for a follow up this week. He sonogram again and everything was fine a clean bill of health. I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to have Mork’s quality of life restored. Trust is an amazing thing to have these days. And the most special thing about Bradley’s Hospital is they are humble and proud to have their clients, especially out of town ones bringing their dogs back to them. I will never forget their kindness to our little ones. Kathy Lucas
