It was my first time there and I think they do a nice job. The hardest part was understanding them cause they spoke little English. I just got a manicure and my daughter in law had both. She had to return cause they charged her too much and the guy we ho did her manicure didn't do a good job.

Where do I even begin. I came here to get a removal of a gel pedicure as well as a new pedicure with regular polish (which I picked out a regular polish for). Any other salon I have ever visited used a nail dremel to remove the top layer of gel before soaking but the lady insisted on using a regular file which was very painful because it was constantly scratching my skin off too. When she was trimming the cuticle she cut my big toe, which was in pain the rest of the time. I asked her to not worry about the cuticles after that. However she continued to do it on the other foot even after I reminded her I didn’t want it done. She didn’t even bother trimming my nails first before filing which would have taken an extremely long time to file down and was also very painful. When I pointed out that one pinky toe was extremely longer than the other, she seemed confused when I asked for it to be cut shorter (why would I not want my nails to match lol). When she placed hot towels on my legs it caused a ton of pain in the cut toe. There was no lotion applied after the scrub or any massage of any type aside from a couple slaps with the towel on my legs. A second tech took over to do the polish. they proceeded to begin applying a gel base. Mind you I had picked out and brought a regular color over and never asked for gel. They then informed me I would be charged for gel removal a second time. One patchy thin coat was applied and I you could completely see my nail through it. They seemed surprised that I was asking for additional coats to ensure a solid color. At one point I actually had to reach down and scrape off the polish than was on my skin bc they were going to let it dry that way. I left with dead flaky skin still dangling from my toes, uneven and patchy color, and in the midst of an anxiety attack due to the absolutely horrible experience. Will never return here. The nail tech gave herself $3 more of a tip than I agreed to onto the total which I had to have the manager reverse and recharged for the correct amount. I was being rung up they were laughing at me loudly from the other room. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the owner was very sweet and accommodating.

My pedicure was great but I got nails repainted and wasn’t so happy I just paid and left I didn’t want to argue. It sad cuz I always go there. Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

No frills salon, but excellent service. Even though I thought they did a great job there with cleaning and sanitizing pre-pandemic, I was thrilled to see many additional protocols put in place since COVID. If you're looking for a decent place to be able to walk in for a mani/pedi and not have to pay a fortune for top notch services, this is the place.

Best pedicure I have had in a long time for only $25! Leah was home from college and did a great job working on my not-so-smooth feet. She was very personable and sweet and picked me out the perfect red sparkle polish after I didn’t spot one myself. I will definitely be back when she is on her winter break.

Great professional staff.. my girlfriend and I got pedicures!! Pedicures come with calf leg scrub/ with lotion and hot towel wrap!! They cut your toenails (rounded or square) You can get gel coat which lasts longer or just go regular coat) Will be coming back!!

This was the 1st time coming here, & it will not be the last that is for sure. My husband & I came to get a manicures & me a full set. They we're better then the ones we go to. This place is out of our way, but we don't care. The place we use to go to is only 5 mins away. Tulips is 30 mins out the way. You did an AMAZING job, u just got 2 new customers. 😁

The staff was very friendly here. I did have to wait a while but its the day before Easter and I didn’t make an appointment so that’s to be expected. The services were quick and I love the way my nails came out. I got the gel acrylic nails with gel polish on top. Next time I’ll be trying a design or something. Definitely recommend!!
