Have been going to Gabe for years & love her!! Everyone there is friendly. They are awesome! Makes you feel right at home!! Not to mention how great my hair looks each and every time! I won't go anywhere else! Their prices are very reasonable. Very professional too. Love love love going there!!! You wouldn't regret trying them out.

I went to All About Me yesterday for the first time. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Even making my appointment, the receptionist was so helpful and really took her time answering my questions. She was so kind as to have one of the stylists call me before I had even gone there to discuss a question I had. The salon is fairly small and cute. I felt like everyone went above and beyond to help me and make me feel comfortable. I was only scheduled for a cut, but after speaking with Gabe, who was cutting my hair, I said that I would make a follow-up appointment for color. Aracelli (probably not spelling this correctly) said that she could take me if I could just wait 15 minutes for her to finish up with another client. It was so nice because it saved me from having to make another trip back. Both the haircut and color were really nice, and the price was reasonable. Even though I'm used to bigger salons, I really preferred how small and relaxed this one felt. Thanks All About Me!

I purchased a living social deal for this salon and was very happy with my experience. Essence trimmed my bangs, and also gave me a spa pedicure & a gel manicure. She did a great job and was a very pleasant person to chat with. I will definitely request her in the future!

The salon features traditional and organic perms and the help is always friendly and cheerful. No bad haircuts here. Color or highlights no problem. Other services like nail coloring and care and tanning beds. I have probably missed some features but you can tell there is lots going on. I just get my hair cut for now as it is thin but i always got great body perms from Kathy before my hair thinned out. Always enjoy going.

We drive from West Chester. All the staff were super friendly, my mom got some low lights that were beautifully done, natural looking. Organic product that didn’t irritate her scalp. My hair cut is wonderful, and my hairdresser was so interesting to talk to ( bonus). We made follow up appointments before we left.

I am writing this review in regards to the services that my mother received from this awful business establishment. I bought my mother a gift for a Gel Spa Manicure and Pedicure from Groupon after reading some good reviews, and also the prices seemed quite reasonable as well. This is where the story begins, first they charged my mother an additional $10.00 fee to remove her old nail polish, and halfway through the process, after they had already removed my mother's acrylic nails, she noticed they were not replacing them with new ones. She asked the girl, and the friendly girl said, we don't use fake nails here, we are an organic place, and only use real nails. At that point, my mother was already heart sick, but allowed the girl to continue and finish what she started. As soon as they notice a client has acrylic nails, and they know they do not do them here, they should have advised my mother immediately. The next day, and over the next several days, her new nails continued to break and chip away and crack. She has been to numerous nail salons over the years, but this one takes the cake. My mother said it was the worst job she has ever had done in her entire life. She now has to go and pay another place to put on new acrylic nails and have her nails redone all over again elsewhere. The owner of this Salon is only concerned about making money, and not at all concerned about quality work and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, these are two most important aspects of any successful business. By the way, they are closed on Sundays and Monday, so we decided to go on Tuesday instead to find out that they are also closed on Tuesdays as well, unless you had an appointment previously scheduled. We decided to go again once again on Wednesday, and of course, they could not see my mother at that time without an appointment. We made an appointment for later that day at 4:00 p.m., this is now our third trip driving 45 minutes back and forth from Pennsylvania to Delaware. While I was waiting for my mother to receive her services, a lady came in with a Groupon as did we, she wanted to have her nails done that day, but the owner said to her, do you have any appointment? By the expression on the new customers face, I could tell she was not very happy, nor were we. She made an appointment, and the owner asked her if she had a Groupon, knowing and judging the person, which was very wrong in the first place, and the client said yes, I do have a Groupon. Personally I believe the owner is very prejudice and judgmental, if not, then why would she assume that just because of someone's outward appearance, or a persons looks, they would be using a Groupon? This should've been something the customer herself should have told them directly, not the other way around. After watching this ridiculous experience, the owner then said to this new customer, I'll take your Groupon now, and get it out the way. The customer wasn't even getting her nails done for a few days. The owner only cares about getting her money, and she should not be asking people for payment for a Groupon payment until after the services are performed. Finally, I called them three times and left three messages for the owner to call me back to resolve this matter, but each time I called, a different person answered the phone, first saying she was busy, second, she had left for the day, and thirdly, she is not in today. Obviously, she was avoiding me like the plague. She doesn't have to worry about this any longer, because now everyone who reads this review will know the truth, and will never, ever, go to this business establishment for any services whatsoever. I had an excellent experience here. It is a small place mostly dedicated to Salon Services with a few bonus spot extras. I got a mani pedi and so did my husband. We both enjoyed them. the nail technicians were friendly and pleasant and had lots of information. They had some nice products that are friendlier for people who do not wish to use strong chemicals on their bodies. the part I enjoyed the most was being able to breathe and not take in toxins constantly. It smells very good in there. I will definitely return for another mani-pedi.

Can't say enough good things about AAM Salon! I purchased a Groupon for my visit & was unsure about what to expect, since it seemed like a fairly new salon. I happened to be running about an hour early & called to see if there was any chance I could come in sooner. They were so kind on the phone and said that it wouldn't be a problem at all. As soon as I entered the salon, everyone was so warm and welcoming. You could tell that everyone gets along well there & that it is a nice environment in which to work (which can't be said about some salons!). Kathy, the owner, was attentive & helpful as I suggested hairstyles/asked questions about the services I was receiving. At the end of my visit, I left my cartilage earring there by accident, and they were kind enough to send it to me in the mail. I think it is important to recognize great customer service, and I certainly felt that I received it at All About Me. I will 100% be returning & recommending to all of my friends!
