Best prices for cellular service in the area in my opinion. Staff members are easy going and are very informed on their products. If you're not tech savvy, they'll help set you up so you walk out the door ready to use your new device. Customer service I've never had a problem with. Cricket's coverage in this area as far better than T-Mobile which is where I came from. I don't get 5G service in Ottawa through cricket but I definitely do in Lawrence and other places which is where I'm usually at. But unlike t-mobile, I keep full bars of LTE service in my own house whereas T-Mobile my signal was horrible in my house.. Cricket's mobile hotspot never fails me. The only phone service that I would say is above cricket in my opinion is Google fi and that's just because with their $70 package you can use your unlimited data in over 200 countries. I'm married in the Philippines and I'm going to be switching from cricket to Google fi shortly for such reasons. Cricket does have service in a handful of other countries so it does make me a little sad that I'm going to have to switch services again but. The store itself is very spacious, lots of room especially if there's a lot of people there and you're generally in and out pretty quick. The parking lot is a little tied up front but you can park in the back where there's a lot more room. Free parking, though. Not really much else to say, but of all the cellular carriers in Ottawa Kansas. In my opinion cricket is the best for their buck. I would give it five stars if I could use my current cell service in the Philippines as I can with Google Fi. * update, discovered today that they do offer serves for the Philippines - so 5 Stars! It's $10 extra but it means I keep my phone and don't have to pay extra to switch

I have 4 lines and I bought a new phone in cash yesterday with insurance that I was told would reflect on next bill. Then all my phone's were turned off over $8.00. My phone bill was paid in full. THE STORE CAN NOT TAKE PAYMENTS FOR THE INSURANCE EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF. It defaulted my account saying I had not paid my bill over the $8.00 for insurance so they turned off my service and then tried to charge me reinstatement fee on the phone lines.

The guy that was there when I went to change from a different phone company was very nice and helped every step of the way,even when the other company was taking 4 hours to port our numbers. I would highly recomend them to a friend.

The store people are great. It's your corporate that sucks. I have a warranty phone and your exchange system is so outdated, it is so stupid and rediculas how you want to do the exchange. You want me to send my phone in before you will send a replacement. How am i supposed to save all my contacts to transfer to the new phone when i have to send my phone in first. You need to get your system updated. Totally asinine.

Kimber was very patient assisting Me in merging Our (My and My son's) accounts together. I had initially requested having his account added onto My account, but she set it up adding Me to his account. Therefore, it added more time completing the transaction. Also, please, STOP charging Customers the Extra fee for paying in the Cricket location(s). Thank You for your Time and Assistance regarding these important matters.

I am very sad that it's not my carrier anymore because they could sure help you, they can answer any questions or figure out any problem you were having one more than happy to do it. I switched I hope I can get half the service that I got from this place
