Ease of scheduling and transparency with pricing. Safelight is really the go to location for both minor abd major auto glass repairs, and the top one recommended by my insurance through the years. Although I went to the shop this time, I have had their remote service in the past, including service in the parking lot while at work. This is a spectacular service option when you need it.

Beware of this place. We took our van in with a tiny chip in the windshield, and when they were done, there was a crack. 3 days later the crack covered the whole windshield and we had to pay for a new one!!

You can never get ahold of anyone someone has been out 2 times trying to “fix” my windshield and still can’t get it right!! So over trying to work with them!!

First off - WAYYYY overpriced. I went to have my windshield replaced. they quoted me Nearly $1200 ($500 for my deductable and the rest paid for by my auto insurance) for my 2022 Kia Soul Turbo. When I arrived I let them know that my sensor cluster in my window was broken so they do not need to calibrate it. They then refused the work until i got the sensor cluster repaired so they can calibrate it after they replace the windshield. I explained that I don't need it calibrated, they will do that at the dealership when they replace the sensors. All i need them to do is replace my windshield. they said its not safe to have those broken, and not calibrate them. i explained that it is less safe to have that broken AND have a crack in my windshield impeding my vision. I told them i will take my business elsewhere. I know what their reasoning was - they wanted to charge for a windshield AND sensor calibration rather than just the windshield. I contacted Kryger Glass instead for about 1/3rd of the cost, charging me $395 (huge difference from Safelite's near $1,200 quote) and had me sign a piece of paper stating that i understand they are not calibrating the sensors after the windshield is replaced. I was even able to cancel my claim so my insurance rate didn't go up. I will never use this company again. huge ripoff for sub-par experience.

The front desk lady was beautiful amazing professional and very informative about the services she explained everything to me before the service. Jeremy was my tech, he was very professional and friendly and kept me posted every step of the installation of my windshield. The other techs were very helpful and informative, they explained to me all about my sunroof and a leak that I have. I give them all a 10 and more if I could they made my experience wonderful. They had the most reasonable rate for my expensive windshield, with an easy-to-use, accurate online quote feature that allowed me to do my research on my own timetable and without any pressure or obligation. I even got a coupon code for using it. They also work with insurance, which is a nice option. There are additional fees when you finalize the quote: a $35 fee if you want them to come out to your location, and a $20 disposal fee. The service was very friendly and efficient. My wait time was exactly the minimum quoted. My windshield looks beautiful, they cleaned all my windows, and vacuumed any leftover debris. A great experience.

The most notable thing I will take away, is them spamming me with text messages about buying new windshield wipers. 3-4 texts, and multiple people in store was too much. Service was fast enough, a little over an hour. I didn't love being charged a "disposal" fee when my window was shattered and there was nothing to dispose of, but I guess that's showbiz. My car had gotten broken into last night and I was able get a quote and schedule an appointment to get it fixed in just minutes online. Everyone who was working was very professional and kind and it made my situation a lot less stressful knowing they'd take care of cleaning out the broken glass and get a new window installed in a hours time. This was a great experience. The staff was polite and helpful as soon as I walked in. I saw that they treated everyone with the same attention and understanding as they did for me. In my opinion the technician went above and beyond. Was very polite and explained everything perfectly for me to understand. His work was excellent and I would definitely recommend them should anyone ask.

Their website was extremely easy to use and schedule an appointment. I arrived at my appointment time, was greeted within seconds, and was told it should take about 40 minutes (to repair my windshield crack), but it only took 20. Everyone was courteous, professional, and obviously took pride in their work. Amber was awesome! If I didn't know where the crack had been, I'd never be able tell where it was. Amber cleaned all of my windows and vacuumed my vehicle after completing my repair also.
