I visit almost every year since 2018 but this is my last. The staff does not follow requests and always low on supplies. I ask for lite ice and my cup is filled to the brim with ice or you asked for 4 pumps of honey and your luck if you get any. These actions help me to get rid of my stocks as well.

I have been going to Starbucks drinking the same drink (caramel macchiato) for over 20 years. This time through the drive through I ordered my usual but extra caramel. I should have taken a picture because the only caramel it had was a small amount only on top. And when I say a little it was a little. So little, that it did not taste sweet. I order the drink upside down just so things are mixed well, clearly even mixing it with the straw did it taste sweet. So I tell the guy at the window after waiting 20 minutes for drink. And he stated that was the way the drink is! I told him that I always order the same thing every time and I never had it not taste sweet. He kept trying to explain it was how it is made. Don't argue with a customer if they are not happy with an easy fix. All he had to do was take drink back and add some extra caramel. Shameful...

I had no problems with my drink or service I received but this review is specified to the “supervisor” name tag (Ken) treating the employees like absolute garbage. That is NOT how a manager or supervisor should treat hard working employees. Definitely will not be a customer if he is seen AND this is not the first time I’ve seen him treating his employees this way. Needs to GO! 10 rating to the baristas -20 to that scum…!

I was trying to get 3 straight purchases to get the bonus points on the starbucks app. But I like the trenta green tea. I like the peanut butter perfect bar. I generally order these and the parfait every time I go to starbucks. I ordered a string cheese and the protein box for breakfast. This location also sells blueberries so they went into my parfait. overall good. I do recommend

I come here almost every morning for my coffee, and honestly never have had a complain. I usually get helped out by gabe. Who is very attentive. Today Mateo helped me out, and he really outdid himself. Great Starbucks location.

Great Starbucks! It is busy, the staff is professional and gets everyone's drinks made quickly. They are welcoming and if you are new to Starbucks, they will help you in discovering what drink may become your new favorite.

Always busy, polite staff, yet they don’t always get your order right. Usually a very quick service though. There are tables in and out, but beware, many people go to work on their laptops...so sometimes it gets very hard to find an open table.
