Very clean, well stocked, friendly & hard-working staff. The parking lot is big and easy to enter and exit. This is a newer location and one of my favorite stores. Keep up the great work! This store is definitely worth the stop. They’ve got so many goodies 😋!

Quick trip is a little more expensive than some other convenience places but they have almost everything and it's super clean nice locations they have nice gas pumps and I would highly recommend.

This has become my regular spot since moving close by a year ago. Today was the first day I ordered at the make to order station the associate Gretchen was helpful and curtious. Roen helped me with my questions. Craig was greatly helpful as well. Love this place every visit 11/10

The trainer for store at 3933 W. 13th has recently made a huge mistake with the pretzels. They are now putting butter and salt or other ingredients on before heating pretzel, which melts the salt and butter is absorbed. No, no, no Quik Trip. It is NOT the way to make warm pretzels. Go back to the right way and teach your trainer too. Go to other pretzel stores and see the correct way they're made. Please fix this NOW!

I do a lot of driving normally and am extremely happy I live in a QuikTrip area! I don't come up this way often but the few times I have stopped in here, it's the standard great QuikTrip experience. Well stocked, clean and the staff is quick and pleasant.

This is by far the worst QT location Every time I go in the round abouts near the hotzi (which are never hot) the shelves are always half empty the energy drink and sodas are is either barely full product not pulled forward or bottles in odd angles I've never walked in and anyone is cleaning Where I go to the stores out south they are always clean, straightened up etc. Also never use the kitchen They are extremely skimpy There's only one guy in there that has light brown mustache I wish I knew his name. He makes the personal pizzas and chicken and cheese quesadilass properly Where everyone else if I see in the kitchen I walk out. Cause they put half the amount of toppings and only in the middle unlike all the other locations I didn't want to put this public at first I sent in the complaint directly to QT over 2weeks ago and requested call back But it appears they don't care any more Prior to this store being upgraded to 2.0 it was an amazing QT. Ever since then it went down hill. Also emoyeess need to be retrained on customer service They're there to work not socialize and when customers show up in their down time They shouldnt act like we're disturbing their day and an inconvenience .

Ordered a frappe and it was completely liquid and not made correctly worst place to get coffee made!!! The guy told me it was frozen when my husband got it and sold it it must had melted really we live not even 2 mins away from there!! Never again they need to retain people if your gonna make coffee train the correct way!!!

We stopped into the qt on West 13th street shortly after 6 am on Oct 29. Brought the few things we had to the counter to check out and the cashier Quincy I think turned around and waited on another customer that walked up after we did. His focus checking us out was more on having a conversation with someone across the store rather than his current customer's at hand. I generally will always pick a Qt over any other convenience store other than Casey's because you can count on them being clean and staffed with a great team
