Very disappointed with their customer service they were all very rude workers with bad attitudes ended up going to lebanon to get my phone I do not recommend this place to get a phone its the worst!😞 In Lebanon they are the best very helpful and friendly staff if it weren't for them I almost was about to switch phone companies due to the bad experience in bardstown after being a loyal customer with at&t for 8 years.

I’ve used AT&T for years for all my phone needs and I came in because my old phone wouldn’t stay charged, the female employee(I can’t remember her name) was already in the process of helping someone else so I had to wait for a while but it wasn’t anything worth complaining about. Once she was able to help though, she did an amazing job! Was very helpful with helping me pick out my new phone and getting everything set up! Will definitely continue coming here for my phone needs!

Very rude workers with bad attitudes and they don’t really care to help you! I wouldn’t advise coming in and talking to these employees

My experience at the Bardstown AT&T store could not be better. Amber and Jordan were professional, efficient, and understanding of older folks. I would seek them out again if I need more help. People like them make for a great store.

Store was busy for on Sunday put young lady was getting everyone taking care of quickly. Fixed me up with new sim card in no time.

Attempted to phone store before we drove 40 miles each way. No answer with repeated calls. So we drove to location. Store not busy, only one other person in store. Two employees. Told the employee I wanted another phone because my phone was being cutoff due to it being 3G. I asked if I could get a phone and also I would buy a phone. Employee told me they didn’t sell phones, and I couldn’t get a phone. She was rude and hateful. Will never go back to a Hatter Wireless.

Heck of a place! The employees are exceptional and the service is great! I highly recommend this location for any meaningless problems you are having with your phone or passwords! They also make the sales process quick and painless as well which is always a plus.
