Originally, I had a few bad experiences at this store. But, management reached out and was able to fix everything. Most everyone working here are extremely sweet, and willing to help. Very very polite. This store is usually always kept up on, even during their busy times. I’m glad to have this store so close to my house, and I’ll be back there soon to do more shopping!

I hadnt been to a store in a very long-time. I went in to get aome baby clothes for a friend that had twins. The prices are great for the times and when i got up to the cash register she told me that it was 30% off. Made my day. The staff is super nice and very helpful! Will go back to get my friend more clothes as his twins get a little bit bigger

gave away two bags and a week later i went to go wash the stuff again and they didnt give me the items they didnt keep, it was someone elses stuff and only two pairs of pants and i had so many cute shirts i still could have kept if i wanted to. there was only a few ppl in there too, disappointed.

Buying stuff in here is great. But selling nah they refuse alot of my nice clothes and they took a bunch of clothes and only pay me 42 dollars i was very disappointed then when you see the strollers they are all dirty. Just buy in here but selling i rather donate

Selling here is kind of a disappointment. I went in here with practically brand new toys and have gone in numerous times with boutique clothes only to be given a really low selling price. I am also not sure how they select what is “in style” and what isn’t, but most of the time it feels as if they select based off their own preferences.

Love this store especially their 50-90% off sales! I bought my sons 0-6 month wardrobe for $60 which was originally $600 (90% off!) !! All of the clothes were literally brand new never worn or maybe worn once.. Somethings are a little overpriced like the Nike and name brand stuff… A while ago I have brought in brand new items that I couldn’t return to the store I bought them from bc it was just past the 30 day return policy and this store wouldn’t even buy them or offered me like almost nothing for them some stuff still had tags on it so I don’t even understand that part bc I usually see a few items that are stained or ripped or something when I come in so I don’t really understand why they will buy some things and not others so I stopped even trying to sell to them very long ago. Also their shoe section is… well either your gonna find a shoe that’s brand new never worn or your gonna find “play shoes” which is what 95% of them are.. BUT if you have time to look through everything you can find some REALLY good deals !! You just have to keep looking :) I usually spend hours in this store LOL definitely the place to go for kids clothes though!
