The warehouse next door is the worst place to work. They'll hire you for on job then move you to a different area a month later. The supervisor there (Mike) is also the worst.

Deshay was beyond helpful! He went out of his way to literally lend a hand with my car problem, gave me advice, and offered a referral to a great mechanic so I could finally stop being screwed over by auto shops. Wonderful and friendly service!!

Sometimes people need a tool to do something to a vehicle especially most popular one and you might use it once or twice a lifetime you should update your tool rental if you're going to sell the part you should have told to the right tools install it

Why would you tell a customer that you don’t have a part when you clearly do? More than one!! Other stores confirmed that fact but you tell the customer 3 times you don’t have it??? Definitely not the best experience and we ALWAYS shop Advance Auto but obviously not going to be shopping this particular store again.

I went there this morning (sunday) there was a guy and a girl behind the desk. The guy was back there on the phone. And the lady was talking to a customer on the phone. One guy in front of me. Also waiting for them. None of them bother to ask us or said anything. Stood there for about 15 min. So i left.
