It is strange. You get on your phone and you get connected to a call center up north who cannot relay the fact that I want extra sauce. They are alright but they don't care. So yeah. Dont be wowed. It's very middle of the road

Decided to try their pizza, because my 80 year old mother saw the commercial and wanted give it a shot. Well I ordered the buddy's deluxe and the chicken bacon ranch. They both didn't look anything like the pizzas on the menu. The pizzas both had very little toppings on them for a specialty pizza, it was ridiculous. They were both pretty much without sauce or flavor, I regretted my decision immediately. The one review said the worst crust in Lexington, they were absolutely correct, it's nasty. My mom pushed her way through two pieces and said she didn't want anymore. So now I'm stuck with all this flavored cardboard pizza. If you have Covid and can't taste you will be ok, but anyone who has the ability to taste food, I would never recommend it. If I could give it a zero I would, but you don't have that option.

I grew up with Larosa’s pizza after Friday night lights of Lakota High School Football. Whenever I return to any Larosa’s location, the aromas take me back to the tastes and memories of the glory days!

The pizza is one star. I gave it two because I liked the staff. The crust is the worst in Lexington, white flour , no spices, under cooked. The toppings are sparse -- VERY SPARSE. For the best pizza in Lexington try Joe Bologna's or Mellow Mushroom or Mad Mushroom. Want a pizza better than LaRosa's, try almost anywhere else. This disappointed me since I had very fond memories of eating LaRosa's in Cincinnati in the 70's and 80's. My wife had one 2 years ago in Cincy and warned me the crust was horrible -- one step up from Bisquick.

Customer service was great, staff was friendly! We ordered the vegan dairy free pizza with meatless pepperoni and sausage. The pizza was not the best, the taste was awful, it was the product not the way it was cooked or the staffs fault. Vegans do yourself a favor and just get a daiya pizza (found at Kroger, Meijer, Walmart, Target) they taste better and are a whole lot cheaper.

I want to preface this as I don't normally give bad reviews. Went in, nice restaurant interior for pick up, ordered with some confusion (apparently garlic roll is Texas toast?), came out missing our salads, but with the wait being double what they told us and only coming in for a quick meal before heading out, we just went to the car. We got mozerella sticks, which are one of my favorite foods, but it had a thick layer of oddly sweet, semi cooked, and greasy fried dough. For the ravioli it was swimming in a really mediocre/gross marinara sauce, upon wiping it off, the taste was also the same as the cheese unappealing. The spaghetti's meatballs were left with one bite and not even offered to the dogs. The Texas toast, had no taste of garlic and was just basically a piece of buttered bread and the bread sticks had the same fate as the meatballs. Neither of us finished any of our food. I've really never had Italian food so disappointing. Maybe the stars are from their pizzas? I hope this was a one off problem.
