Very friendly staff! The night manager is awesome and he deserves a raise and a big thank you for his work and dedication to this store. This is the only papa John's that we will go to because of the great service.

Great service. I had ordered a pizza they couldn't find the order so they gave me one for free. It was clean looking inside and the workers are very nice.

have screwed up my order multiple times, just ordered an extra large "the works" pizza with extra toppings and they gave me just chicken and jalepenos, total rip off, don't go to this papa johns location, they are totally inept

I ordered a pizza here so an hour and 20 minutes later I called to find out where my pizza was that was literally not even a half of a mile up the road they tell me that the delivery drivers have gone home for the night and they're waiting on Uber that happened once before in my pizza was freezing cold so I decided to go pick my pizza of myself I get there and the delivery driver is pulling up do you think they offer the discount well he'll know

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Papadia to go. Got to my destination and it was something else (chicken, cheese, ranch & onions; see picture). Went back a couple hours later and they made a new (correct) one at no cost and without hesitation. Very impressed!

Update!! Definitely got food poisoning from this place. Within 15 minutes of eating the pizza my stomach hurt. Each time I go to the restroom tonight, and something comes out, I hope that it’s the last and I feel better. Chills, vomiting, and diarrhea all night long, classic food poisoning. Warning to not eat from this place. I had one kind of pizza and my family had another, they are fine. You are definitely better off to get pizza from somewhere else! Ordered pizza on a Sunday night, it said delivery between 49-59 minutes, took an hour and 20 minutes and the pizza wasn’t even hot. It’s not cheap pizza either. You’re better off ordering someplace else.

Ive had a few mess ups from this location but they have always made it right. Papa Johns isnt what it used to be at all, but its decent. I will say that the call center thing that they are doing now is a HORRIBLE DECISION! Rude people that you cant understand and they cant understand you either. Its honestly an inconvenience to the customer. I always ask to be connected directly to the store.

The best pizza by far, especially their stuffed crust! Omg to die for! The crust isn't hard, it's still soft and delicious! The cheese stuffed crust is the Best part of Papa John's Pizza! You have to try it.

I ordered at 8:22PM and the first time the order arrived, I watched the delivery driver get out of his car out of uniform, with no mask on. His car did not have a topper on it stating he was from Papa John’s. Then I proceed to watch him get my box out and set it on the roof of his car and fiddle with it (opening it just general fidgeting) and then eventually bring it up. Upon arrival it takes him probably 5 minutes to just bring up to me. I call the store and ask for a remake as it was unsettling to watch all this admist a global pandemic and they said they would remake it and send it with a DIFFERENT driver. I wait another hour and 15 minutes and call back just to hear that it is JUST NOW being sent out again. Okay fine. Then I look out the window ten minutes later to see the same man in just a white t shirt and shorts piddling around getting my pizza out and just wasting time. Again, no mask. I didn’t even eat the second one. My appetite was shot from being sent the same driver who is not following CDC guidelines and just being disgusting in general. I make my third and final call for the night to a less than pleasant manager “Jimmy” who gives a refund and no apology or explanation as to why my request for a different driver was ignored after his gross behavior. I will not be back for a very long time. If I want Papa Johns I will call the Palomar Centre Dr location in Lexington, KY. Edit: While I do want to leave what happened in my review, the manager named Amber did more than ever expected to make this right for me. She reached out and sent a heartfelt voicemail to me expressing concern and regret for what happened and remade my food and issued a refund. That is how you make a customer want to come back.

I ordered a two topping pizza the girl on the phone was nice and told me it would be about 40 min. 45 minutes later I called and asked to speak to the manager to ask about how long it would be and she wasn't so nice. The manager said she is on her way and said bye then hung up. 30 min later my pizza arrived cold. I won't oreder from here again the delivery driver was a little rude too. Not very professional Papa John's
