Have only ordered here once so far (carry out). Tried it for their whole wheat crust which was fine. Pizza was average to slightly above. Pepperoni was really good, cheese was just 'normal'. Online ordering was a bit frustrating because the time estimates were wildly off. Luckily, I called the store and he confirmed the pie would be ready in about 10 minutes, not the 50 minutes from the online (DoorDash?) ordering.

I absolutely love this place. It's hands down, my favorite pizza place. The problem is that they're pricing themselves out of business. I get that inflation has raised prices, but not by 100%. If prices ever go down, I'll come back.

Though in the past the food was good, i recently had a terrible time trying to order both online and then over the telephone. This issue appears to be only at the newer Nicholasville road location, as i do not recall any of these troubles at the Fortune Drive location. It is unfortunate, but i will likely not order from them again.

I can't say enough good things about West Coast Gourmet Pizza. The delivery service was fast, it wasn't an absurdly ridiculous delivery fee. The food arrived hot, made to ordered and at the quoted time, and yes the pizza was great.

the absolute best pizza in lexington. everyone should try it. the parmesan breadsticks are a must have. the ranch is the best ranch ive ever had. so garlicky. the guys that work there are so nice and they take pride in the food they serve. i take everyone here its my favorite place in lex!!!

There was only one person working the entire store, me and my boyfriend walk in at 7:30 (they close at 11) and there was no one at the front desk. We waited until someone came up to the front and ordered a thin crust pizza with sausage, banana peppers, and pepperoni. We waited 15-20 minutes for the pizza to be done. While we were waiting two different groups of people came in and left because no one was at the front of the store. Once we got home we realized that there was no sausage on the pizza. I’ve had west coast pizza before and loved it but am very disappointed in the quality of this trip.

We order from West Coast probably 1-3 times a month. We love this place. The pizza just has a good feel, it tastes fresh made and with good quality ingredients. This is not a greasy pizza. The calzones are huge. The sandwiches are delish and they never skimp on toppings. I feel like this is a relatively small pizza chain. The delivery man is as sweet as they come and gives you a couple hard candies! Seems like such a small gesture, but we appreciate it. Really reminds me of the little pizza places in my small hometown in PA. Real people who have dedicated their lives to this business. We always joke that we keep them in business, but honestly everyone should be inclined to try it at least once. They also offer unique toppings and recipes that are uncommon in other pizza joints. I can also really appreciate that. They also give ranch dip as a default instead of marinara or garlic dip, but you can still order them. And I swear on my life their breadsticks can be life changing! They're our go to for when we can't agree on what to eat, and I wish I had pictures to share. We have been ordering from them regularly for 2 years--so we definitely are lifelong customers. I actually feel bad that it's taken me this long to think to write a review for them because we've been good customers, but they've been an even better business!

I got a veggie calzone. It was pretty good, the only thing I didn’t like was the consistency of the crust. It wasn’t cooked at a high enough temperature to crisp on the outside and get fluffy on the inside. I also paid 4 dollars for a pre packaged piece of cheesecake that was hardly an inch at the thickest point. Really not thrilled on that front. It seems a bit pricey overall but not a bad meal.
