Came in to eat, as it's been a long time since we've ate at a Schlotzsky's. The tables were dirty, my order was lost. My mom's meat smelled off, the drink area was disgusting, and when I went to ask the attendant where my order was, I looked back and saw a guy drop all the baking pans on the floor, then pick them up and put them on the shelf. Gross enough, but I noticed he dropped them all over the wet floor, where they had a fan blowing water. I was grossed out. Got my ceasar salad, and the lettuce was rotten so I threw out my salad. My pizza was good, minus the meat which I ended up removing, and my mom ended up only eating the vegetables on her sandwhich and tossing her turkey out as well. Grossed out. We both spent $20 on our meal for nothing. We had someone wanting us to get a to go order for them, and we told them we opted not to because the place was so gross. I don't know what happened, but this place use to be the best. The worst part, was I saw who I expect to be the owner/owners of this spot, sitting there and paying no mind to the condition of the place. They even brought out some nasty boxes of liquid that they were questioning on why they were in the dumpster. Was very confusing and gross. I'd avoid it.

Two orders in a row my salad has been completely wrong. I understand that it's only fast food. I understand that employees probably have a laundry list of gripes with management and corporate policy, but I really don't understand why they're taking it out on my salads. I don't even know how you get it so wrong. I ordered a turkey avocado Cobb salad. I got a bowl of greens with one random piece of bacon some corn, Bleu cheese crumbles and croutons. What exactly is this supposed to be????? Guess I won't be getting my dinner the same place as the rest of my family when I order out any more.

Pretty good for a quick sandwich place! Food seemed fresh, prepared quickly, and the staff was nice. I liked that my turkey avocado sandwich was warm and almost tasted smokey. My partners Italian was super hot and fresh, we had to wait a few minutes to eat it so it would cool down. We will be back!

The food was good, waited about 20 minutes for two sandwiches and a small pizza. We arrived there 20 till 11.00 10 minutes after it opened the the place was very dirty. I am not sure what has happened but the last few times we have been there the place has been dirty. There was at least three employees of which two were standing around. It would have taken about 5 minutes for the two employees standing around to clean the tables and clean the water from off the floor

I read the reviews and was nervous to come here. We had a good experience though. The service was fast and friendly. the sandwiches were very good. They are pricy. I'd order a bigger sandwich next time and stead of a small with chips. Nice interior and clean too.

Food was good. I wish I had ordered a medium for a couple of more bucks. The small is not as big (or filling) as a Subway 6", so if you normally need a 6" from Subway to get full, go ahead and get the Medium. There seemed to be a lot of confusion about other people's orders & the 'number' system at lunchtime on Sunday, June 26. Employees had to keep asking each other about salads, customers grabbing the wrong meal, items missing from orders, etc.

Waited really long time in drive thru. Ordered then looked and thought I had cinnamon roll instead of salad. (Salad was in cinnamon roll box) I didn't open only pulled around and walked in. Girl at front opened it and it was my salad, I never received my dressing either. Please have salads in clear boxes.

My wife and I go here every time we are in this are of Lexington. It's a great go to for a quick bite and we like that we can get different sizes of sandwiches. Probably our biggest draw to this place is that bread...oh my God, that bread. It is quite literally to die for.

Oh how I love this restaurant. Ours closed a few years ago and I've been patiently waiting to find one open. And I came across this one! Oh it hit the spot! The girl working the front was great! It was busy as hell and she kept her cool the whole time. Doing all the jobs. One day I will return!!!
