9 Best auto repair shop in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) 2024

I purchased a 4 pack of vuse pods and he charged me (without me noticing) for a second while I was putting in my card and afterwards he said he didn't know what to do and "sorry bro", so I just got another pack and left. Was during the graveyard shift, he couldn't stop saying bro and was in his 40's he looked like. I worked for 4sons for over a year so I know that you have the press the button for the transaction to go through. The employee rung up a second one and did not press that button until a while later after I told him the screen said "it's waiting on cashier" and he had to check my screen himself instead of staring at his register where a box will say it is waiting on the customer. Very unprofessional and can't even do a refund if needed. Pay him like the day shift, he doesn't deserve the extra pay for being graveyard. ~Mayhem

I’ve been in this location three times and two of those, I’ve been unhappily greeted by the crankiest crabbiest rude man that works there. He sighs with disgust when I asked to turn in my winning lottery tickets and once he retrieved the cash from the register, he threw it on the counter as if I were a second class citizen to him. There a young lady that works there and she’s very nice. The man though, he acts as though we won’t just take our business across the street to Circle K and not have to deal with all cranky attitude! ~sarah

I paid for a full detail on my vehicle, only to get a partial detail. I asked what a full entailed and was told interior, exterior, and shampoo carpets with seats. I paid close to $200.00 and left my car for 8 hours to pick it up not fully detailed. I called to ask what I paid for and come to find out a $200 full detail does not include cupholders, windows, dashboard, or side panels. The rear window was not cleaned and my front window was partially cleaned. Only one side of my dashboard was wiped down and the other half was partially done. It was not worth $200.00. Great gas station that's been here for many years, I come here about every couple months. They have a great selection beverages, alcohol, snacks, wraps, papers, tobacco products, e.t.c. They don't have Zig Zag Cones though. ~Shhady

Oh my gosh! This place is amazing, Eddie saved my life and found the part I needed for my vehicle. Auto Zone tried charging me $160 found the same part at Payless Salvage for $40. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and helped right away. I went to a few different auto salvages today and this was by far the best. Gab's is simply the best mechanic shop I've ever used. Been going here for years with multiple cars, many of which were older.
