5 Best oil change service in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) 2024

I paid for a full detail on my vehicle, only to get a partial detail. I asked what a full entailed and was told interior, exterior, and shampoo carpets with seats. I paid close to $200.00 and left my car for 8 hours to pick it up not fully detailed. I called to ask what I paid for and come to find out a $200 full detail does not include cupholders, windows, dashboard, or side panels. The rear window was not cleaned and my front window was partially cleaned. Only one side of my dashboard was wiped down and the other half was partially done. It was not worth $200.00. It’s taken me a bit to write this review as I had no idea how to even write about it. I went for an oil change back in July, and that was fine. Went in, the wait time wasn’t long, the process itself was rapid. At the oil change they told me my headlight was out. After I left, all week I heard a weird metal sound clanging about during turns. Wasn’t crazy loud, but enough to hear it randomly for a week. I finally had time to address my headlight issue. I go to an auto store, get my bulbs, the associate is helping me & under the hood of my car, were 2 giant tools left under there from my oil change. The auto store told me I was extremely lucky it didn’t fall into my engine and cause serious damage. I’ve tried calling customer service but no luck about this so I was forced to write a review. I do enjoy fast service, but is it worth skipping a clean up or looking around before finishing up?? They were great. Originally I was going to have the oil changed at the dealer as we are still making payments on the car... But it was a three hour wait. I have a baby and was in a hurry, So I came here. I also needed it done before our road trip the coming weekend. They got me in and out in fifteen minutes. They were professional and did a good job. After my truck was service the staff was pulling another vehicle i. The bay and slammed into the back of my truck. They say the brakes failed on the other vehicle. I was treated as if I did something wrong. I paid $91 dollars for an oil change and now I have a damaged bumper. All I got from the “customer care team” and the manager of the store was excuses, no apology for my inconvenience it was as if I did something wrong. I don’t know what happened, but I know I should have been treated with a little more respect. I will not use them again or any other jiffy lube. A representative reached out to me and was very unprofessional. I spoke to the vehicles owner and he said he drove his vehicle home from there and it’s been stopping just perfect. I guess the brakes went out only in the bay. Service: Oil change ~John
