Somewhat busy since it was the Friday before the LaborDay weekend and it was extremely hot. While waiting, engaged in conversation with 2 of the service people that pleasantly passed the time while my trail blazer was being serviced. Got in and out in minimal time. Very pleased with the service.

Second time here....it is usually quite busy but the staff have a system. They are attentive and professional. I generally prefer to do my own oil changes but I've had two excellent experiences here. I would highly recommend.

It’s taken me a bit to write this review as I had no idea how to even write about it. I went for an oil change back in July, and that was fine. Went in, the wait time wasn’t long, the process itself was rapid. At the oil change they told me my headlight was out. After I left, all week I heard a weird metal sound clanging about during turns. Wasn’t crazy loud, but enough to hear it randomly for a week. I finally had time to address my headlight issue. I go to an auto store, get my bulbs, the associate is helping me & under the hood of my car, were 2 giant tools left under there from my oil change. The auto store told me I was extremely lucky it didn’t fall into my engine and cause serious damage. I’ve tried calling customer service but no luck about this so I was forced to write a review. I do enjoy fast service, but is it worth skipping a clean up or looking around before finishing up?? Get there early cuz as expected is a bit of a wait. All three bays had lines but they were moving as quickly as they could. As for questionable or what could be better: 3x I asked about putting air in my tires because my indicator was on. 2x I was told they would, the third guy told me he did. I told him I didn't see him do it yet, he assured me he did. The computer won't update till its in motion. On the paperwork it says all 4 tires at 35 psi. I drove and reset it...29, 30, 30, 31. They also said they advised of a transmission fluid leak. Nope. They didn't. These are such MINOR things but I don't get why lie about it. Did I watch them change the oil.. no. I was distracted. How do I know they just didn't say they did? I don't. I also asked them twice about resetting the oil indicator. At the same time I asked about the tires I asked about that again and he told me he'd have to get someone else to help with that. They had me pull out of the bay to reset it. I appreciate them doing it. Wouldn't have got done if they could've gotten away without doing it though.

The service was good, Joseph and Nathan are really good employees. The garage gets a zero for not having the coolers running because it does get hot in the building while you’re waiting.the employees need a decent work environment as well. Other than that I would recommend going there. Five stars when they get the coolers running so it’s more comfortable in the garage. Service: Oil change

You have to time it right. Each car in front of you is a solid 15 minute wait. But I will never wait in a lobby for a traditional oil change again!! Consistently great and efficient service and the staff are always friendly.

I wish I was rich so I could tip each of them $100. Busting out cars in 106° smiling, laughing, conversing the whole time. Double checking specs and procedures with each other constantly and very friendly the whole time. It’s rare to see business locations function as an efficient and synonymous team and they killed it. Thanks for the service y’all! Wish we had more of that up here in Prescott.

Detailed oriented group of people. They go above and beyond. I washed my engine before heading there for an oil change and the manager noticed it. He had the guys wipe the engine bay and dried the electronics and sensors using compressed air.

Normally this location is quick and friendly. Today they were taking longer for specific services for some cars, which is not a big deal. The attendant pulled me into a bay with only 1 car in front of me and 1 being worked on. They were moderately busy at the time with a couple of cars in the other 2 bays. As time passed, and the cars in other lines went through, my line was not moving. The attendant came after about 35 min and indicated the car was getting a special service that was taking a long time. Not a problem for me although it was frustrating to have the other cars go through in other bays while me and the car ahead of me were still waiting. After 45 min I see the attendant going to cars asking them to all back up. He finally informed me that he was going to move the car in front of me to another bay to go in next and he would "try to make room for my car somewhere". He was talking about placing my car behind 2 cars that had only just pulled in. And I told him I should be able to pull in behind the car that was in front of me. At this point, we were the only cars still waiting after 45 min and all other cars had pulled in long after we did. Once the cars were all backed up, including myself, we waited for further instructions. The attendant then walks to my car and says "are you going to wait or leave?" I had never given him an indication that I was leaving at all so his comments were rude anyway. I asked him where he would pull my car since now he was letting all the other cars pull back in without putting my car in. He apologized and said it was a frustrating situation for them all and it's "overwhelming" and he was sorry...but still not saying that he would get my car in the line of cars. And where he was going to place me would put me even further in the line up. I decided to do as he suggested and leave. This is the worst experience I've had at this location. I was not impatient with the wait and I was actually understanding that they were very busy. But he handled this all wrong. He was unwilling to ask the other cars to move to allow me to pull in, and wanted me to make even further concessions so he didn't have to inconvenience drivers to move again. Beyond ridiculous.

Tyler and Tundai were absolutely incredible. All of them were very nice. This place is fast and efficient. I went in at what seemed like a very busy time (Saturday, 1pm) and I still got done in an hour. You can stay in your car and it was so nice to not have to sit in a place and wonder when you’re next lol Tyler checked everything including my tire pressure, filters, lights, breaks, battery, all of it! They filled up my tires and Tyler told me about this fuel stuff that will help with my car and gas (which we all need right now haha) and was so kind and pleasant! I never felt pressured to spend more or felt like I was getting scammed or anything like that. Tundai did my oil change and was so sweet, kind, and professional. It means a lot to me to feel comfortable in a car place and all of them made me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase of my service. There are coupons if you call and press 2:) so I scored a $15 off coupon! The coupons went up to $25 off depending on the oil service. Overall, this place is a 10/10 and I will come back again:)
