Chris in oil and lube was amazing. Five stars. He was so helpful and answered all questions. I have been here a few times and this was by far the best experience. I kept pulling him away from his job to answer questions and he was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and I will be coming back after getting full service and breaks done. I am coming back for AC because of him. Shout out to Claire for being so helpful and kind as well.

Thanks to David the manager I had a fantastic experience this time. Previously I had the $99 Paint Sealant wax job done that's supposed to last a year. It was done very hurriedly and the person using the buffer was irritated when I asked him to wax areas that he never touched. My car is always garaged but after the first rain there were large areas that didn't even bead up. Calling and getting David the manager involved made a huge difference in quality of work. They redid the Paint Sealant and really went above and beyond even detailing other parts of the car to make it look like new. This would be a 5 star review if this kind of quality could be achieved the first time without getting management involved.

Thanks to the exceptional services provided by Jonah in auto detailing who won me over as a more than satisfied customer, Jose who received me (took initiative to check in on the progress of my vehicle), and to Daniel who takes pride in doing what is asked of him while providing detailing services. This experience will have me looking forward to returning to Jacksons Car Wash in the near future! For those who have had a questionable experience at full service car wash centers, if your not happy with a service, respectfully speak up, and give people a chance to change your mind. Second time going and getting an oil change and car wash. Oil change is okay car wash sucked both times. Vacuum job sucked, they didn’t put leather treatment on seat and had to ask them to do so. This place use to be great when it was Danny’s. I know it’s a free wash but spending 140.00 for oil change and services the wash could of been better. Next time I’ll go somewhere that has a cheaper oil change instead. Services: Full body wash, Oil change, Vacuuming

Everything was fine, until the end when my car was finished. The older gentlemen asked me for my receipt and examined it, before letting me enter my car (fill in the blanks). This is my second time here. This did not happen the first time I had my car washed here. It also didn’t happen to anyone else as I delayed my departure to witness. It’s too bad, because I felt the customer service was great, until the very end, which made me feel discriminated. I absolutely won’t be back.

I paid for a year of free washes. I would never do that again. It takes about 45-1hr average to get your car washed. The express wash takes priority and they keep pushing your car back. You sit in the heat hoping you’ll see your car soon and it never comes. There aren’t a lot of people working at the drying area. They are in no hurry to get your car to you and they miss so many details. I’m willing to go anywhere else to avoid this time killer for your weekend Service: Full body wash

I received great service and my car looks awesome. The Detail Manager, Jason, was very kind and professional. I had the Diamond treatment done which include making my headlights look like new. I was very happy with the service! Please thank Jason again for me. His attention to detail and professional attitude made all the difference! I paid for a full detail on my vehicle, only to get a partial detail. I asked what a full entailed and was told interior, exterior, and shampoo carpets with seats. I paid close to $200.00 and left my car for 8 hours to pick it up not fully detailed. I called to ask what I paid for and come to find out a $200 full detail does not include cupholders, windows, dashboard, or side panels. The rear window was not cleaned and my front window was partially cleaned. Only one side of my dashboard was wiped down and the other half was partially done. It was not worth $200.00. After one year of coming to this carwash, today I have to say that the employees are always very helpful and respectful. Always, my car has been clean like a diamond. Today, I forgot my wallet, and Alann, one of the employees, told me, "Don't worry! I got your back. It is very hard to find quality people like these men. God bless you, and thank you again

After sharing my concerns through their website they did offer to redo the detail. They did an excellent job the 2nd time around. I’ll give them five stars when they figure out how to deliver top tier quality without requiring a return trip. Here is a tip- don’t over sell your ability to perform. You will pay full price for half the quality of work. The salesman must get paid the most, the wash and detail techs likely paid the least. It shows as sales talks a good game but production cannot deliver. Sure the detail manager tried his hardest to compensate for his failure of a workforce. I’m at an impasse, you will never get what you pay for. Dirty wheels, dirty windows, bugs in the grill, debris on the floor…terrible.
