The whole process he’ll make you feel welcome, never pressured and goes out of his way to make sure he gets the perfect picture of what you want. Im not to the best part yet. The diamonds. I’ve bought from other department store jewelry chains that claim to have the best diamonds. Not the case. Ryan only provides you with stunning diamonds. Again, different levels of budget and clarity. He explains what each one is and the differences between them. Best of the best. After the sale we text often communicating when the ring should arrive. I went there to the jeweler Joyeria Diaz they're awesome I went there to get a stone replaced in a ring and get it sized they're so affordable so kind and helpful. It is a good place to go if you need any help with your jewelry and they have some beautiful jewelry for sale as well . They also do pawn and he's good people I've known him since he was in another place many years ago they're good people. ~Brenda

Let me start by saying I had to wait a month to purchase an engagement ring. When processing my account, there was an error on the bank's side when trying to finance. Albert and other staff worked to fight this issue for quite literally a month. The staff was attentive, helpful, and kept me updated as they worked to resolve the issues with my account. I also want to say that while I was waiting on 9/28 as we were working to get these issues resolved, I witnessed a customer come in and demand free services, citing that it was 'what the customer heard' while talking to their salesperson. Having witnessed the entire sale, I can guarantee that the free warranty that the customer was pursuing was never offered (because it is not free). Customers like this are the worst and I commend Jarryd Brennan, the salesperson that didn't let an adult child walk all over him (while remaining friendly, I'd like to add!). This location does not work on commission, so you know you can trust the salesperson that you are working with to be genuine, which was the case for every interaction I had over the course of my waiting period.
