He made it very easy for me and was able to have me ready to go with a short time frame I gave him. VIP service as soon as you step in to his shop! I will be going back soon

Stop looking at giant chain jewelry stores! You’ve got to go see Ryan first. Let me explain the experience. You meet with Ryan and he discusses your wants and needs. Goes into detail about how he’s only there to make sure you’re completely satisfied. He’ll ask budget and make sure to respect it. Giving you multiple options of a little lower or higher. The whole process he’ll make you feel welcome, never pressured and goes out of his way to make sure he gets the perfect picture of what you want. Im not to the best part yet. The diamonds. I’ve bought from other department store jewelry chains that claim to have the best diamonds. Not the case. Ryan only provides you with stunning diamonds. Again, different levels of budget and clarity. He explains what each one is and the differences between them. Best of the best. After the sale we text often communicating when the ring should arrive. He was right on time and made we were in and out. Fella’s. Looking for a legit diamond guy who won’t make yah feel like you’re getting ripped off? Ladies want something unique or special, like the ring you have imagined in your mind? This is your guy. Trust me when I say we won’t ever buy another piece of jewelry anywhere else.

VERY Personal and high quality service. We texted back and forth, he responded to me on the weekends and all sorts of hours and he was always there to answer questions and send pics back and forth as we planned the perfect ring! My fiance had my engagement ring custom made for me with Ryan and created a beautiful ring! Unfortunately, we found that with my job the ring was not the right fit (working in healthcare and constantly taking my gloves on and off, I was catching all the pave stones and was concerned they would eventually fall out) and I needed something more durable but still sparkly, feminine and delicate the way I had originally wanted. He came through with another custom ring and it is just absolutely perfect and the stones are safe! It fits perfect, everyone comments on its beauty and I love it from every angle I see it from. I have referred multiple friends to Ryan who are also going to him for repairs/replacements. Big shout out to Ryan Riek for helping me put together the perfect ring for my fiancee. I'm not ashamed to admit that I was incredibly nervous throughout the process but Ryan made it a lot less stressful than it would have been otherwise. I cannot say enough great things about Ryan, the owner. The first time I came in, it was a simple tightening of a lose stone on my engagement ring. He fixed it quick & easy, and was extremely professional. The real story, and true testament to his abilities, lies in the second time I visited him. About two weeks ago, the tip of the center (pear) stone on my engagement ring broke. Chipped right off. I was absolutely beside myself, as my ring isn’t a diamond – it’s a natural, full red-to-green color-change alexandrite from Zimbabwe. There was no way I could ever replace it and I was absolutely certain that I had ruined my ring. Who even knows how to fix chipped gems? At least, that’s what I thought. I remembered how excellent Ryan was to work with the first time, and he was the first person I thought of when I was desperately searching for an answer in the middle of the night. I reached out to him around 2 o’clock in the morning in a full panic, and he got back to me exceedingly quickly (around 7 a.m.) and fit me in for a consultation that very day. My fiancé and I came in, we talked over our options, and he took the ring to get the gem fully measured. He, and his master of a gem-cutter, were able to cut the gem to get back to a pear shape without losing much carat weight. I didn’t think it was possible, but he managed it! He also polished out a scratch on top of the gem and took care of putting a peg on the tip of the pear so this would never happen again. I just got my ring back Wednesday, and I could not be happier. It looks absolutely stunning, and you can’t tell at all that the stone was ever damaged or that the front peg was an add-on. It looks absolutely seamless, and I am ecstatic at the end result. I would have been totally lost without Ryan, I am so happy that I stumbled across his shop! If you have a damaged gem, he is your man. I cannot recommend him highly enough, not only for his unparalleled expertise, but also for his excellent customer service and personality. He’s one of the most personable businessmen I know, and I’ve already referred some friends to him. My fiancé already told me he knows where he’s getting future Valentine’s day presents from. He has a lifelong customer in me, that’s for sure!

Ryan was so helpful! From the first phone call to his store I was treated with a great deal of kindness and he gave me his full attention and time. I needed my ring resized and repaired-he did quality work! There were a few unavoidable challenges along the way but he had a super positive attitude and made sure I was fully satisfied. After working with Ryan, I will never use anyone else for anything jewelry related. His customer service and expertise are incredible & to top it off, his prices are fantastic. I have very small fingers (3.25-3.5) which can be problematic when getting rings resized to fit me. Other jewelers that I’ve worked with in the past have attempted to size rings down for me which resulted in misshapen rings that weren’t even wearable after they were finished with them. Ryan re-sized two of my rings and honestly did so with perfection—he made sure that the rings kept their shape and that all the stones were kept tight (and in a very timely manner). I would (and will) recommend Ryan at the Jewelry Replacement Source to anyone looking for a jeweler!
