Best financial consultant in Prescott Valley, Arizona (AZ) 2024

Came in a few times within the last 6 months. Not once was I able to get help with my account. All I needed was transaction history. They tell me it's because they don't have enough help. I applied for a teller position since I'm currently working in an office and have experience with computers and accounting. Also have a totally clean record, do not drink or smoke. And excellent work history. All they tell me is there are no open positions at this time. I assumed it was because they hired a bunch of people. I go in today to close my account, with a 9 o'clock appointment. And they tell me they booked 5 appointments for 9 o'clock and I would have to wait. Or schedule for another time. I'm going to go to Phoenix to see if there's a bank out there that can help me. This one just doesn't care about there customers anymore. ~Raymond
