Terrible service and definitely understaffed. It’s not the people who work here’s fault it’s the bank. The teller was more knowledgeable than the branch manager. There use to be 3 branches for Bank of America in Prescott AZ. Now there’s 1 left. No surprise.

These closed down both branches in Prescott and never have enough staff here so be prepared to wait forever in line.

Only come here if you want to wait in a long line! They have 3 tellers, but only two are open with 10 people in line! Everytime they give the same excuse. We can't hire anyone, it's been over a year with the same excuse. Time to change banks.

No one ever answers the phone and was trying to help my mom order new checks as she can't do it over the phone or online (quite elderly and needs to talk to a live person). Since she lives in Prescott the other 2 locations in Prescott are closed which leaves only the PV branch and they're either too short-staffed or something. If I didn't live across country I could help her but she may have to switch banks since it's too hard for her to get to PV now and they don't answer their phone.

Came in a few times within the last 6 months. Not once was I able to get help with my account. All I needed was transaction history. They tell me it's because they don't have enough help. I applied for a teller position since I'm currently working in an office and have experience with computers and accounting. Also have a totally clean record, do not drink or smoke. And excellent work history. All they tell me is there are no open positions at this time. I assumed it was because they hired a bunch of people. I go in today to close my account, with a 9 o'clock appointment. And they tell me they booked 5 appointments for 9 o'clock and I would have to wait. Or schedule for another time. I'm going to go to Phoenix to see if there's a bank out there that can help me. This one just doesn't care about there customers anymore.

You can not talk to anyone on the phone. Terrible that they cannot even answer the phone. Stay away, go to a Credit Union, I will as soon as i'm able...

FIY Called for three days with no answer. Drove over from cottonwood to this location (1hr drive) to talk to get a bank statement No one could see me and was told to make an appt to come back another day. So if coming to this location to do anything but cash a check you will need to first show up to make an appt because no one answers the phone, and hen come back another day for the appt.

Carrying on a long dead tradition of banker’s hours, they close at 4 pm on Friday. Only came here because I can’t get through on the phone. Seriously, why does anyone bank at this dinosaur? Should just go extinct and save us all the hassle.

Closed temporarily with no explanation. It's been almost a week my folks have been trying to use this horrible place. So it could be longer the f'ing doors are shut!! They probably couldn't find people who can count anymore! Hmmm, the next closest branch is 9 miles away. My parents have BoA and they're elderly, don't want to change. I left BoA when I got a real job decades ago. They should change the name to B of Awful!!
