This place is so unprofessional!!! I ordered my Hubby a grill the 16th of December, it’s been 2 months and I’m still given the run around! The elder gentlemen that answers the phone will continuously tell you it’ll be here Monday. This has gone on for weeks. They gave many reasons to why it’s taking for ever but honestly when spending such a large amount of money, no one wants to hear excuses. If you tell a customer it’ll take 3-5 weeks, then that’s what it should take. If your backed up on orders then that should be explained. This place is a joke and they feel like that can’t be touched in small claims court. ~Brittnie
