I love my ring my fiance chose. However, a diamond on the tip fell out shortly after I received it and we had to send it out. It fell out a second time and I just received it back. I'm looking at it and it looks damaged. The corner is a very obvious part on the ring. Looks like I'll be returning to the store again. Both times we had to call to find out my ring was back also. ~Brittany

Went to Ben for some help creating a custom engagement ring for my now fiance. I had an idea in mind and he made it come to reality. Absolutely amazing professional work done. This place is so unprofessional!!! I ordered my Hubby a grill the 16th of December, it’s been 2 months and I’m still given the run around! The elder gentlemen that answers the phone will continuously tell you it’ll be here Monday. This has gone on for weeks. They gave many reasons to why it’s taking for ever but honestly when spending such a large amount of money, no one wants to hear excuses. If you tell a customer it’ll take 3-5 weeks, then that’s what it should take. If your backed up on orders then that should be explained. This place is a joke and they feel like that can’t be touched in small claims court. ~Brittnie

I had my second experience with Zales since I usually shop at Kay's but I have to say each time has been a great experience. Rosie and Leslie were awesome! They were super friendly from start to finish and worked hard to make sure my experience was seamless and pleasant. I knew exactly what I wanted so they were great to get it for me and get me in and out of there! My necklace and earrings and beautiful and I am NOT disappointed! While Rosie was finishing my transaction and putting my jewelry in the beautiful Zales bag, Leslie was nice enough to clean all my jewelry. Thank you so much for another GREAT experience!! ~Alisha
