Best jewelry repair service in Tempe, Arizona (AZ) 2024

I love my ring my fiance chose. However, a diamond on the tip fell out shortly after I received it and we had to send it out. It fell out a second time and I just received it back. I'm looking at it and it looks damaged. The corner is a very obvious part on the ring. Looks like I'll be returning to the store again. Both times we had to call to find out my ring was back also. ~Brittany

I had my second experience with Zales since I usually shop at Kay's but I have to say each time has been a great experience. Rosie and Leslie were awesome! They were super friendly from start to finish and worked hard to make sure my experience was seamless and pleasant. I knew exactly what I wanted so they were great to get it for me and get me in and out of there! My necklace and earrings and beautiful and I am NOT disappointed!
