There is only one sales lady here that is genuinely nice and welcoming. Everyone else including the manager is always so rude. I try avoiding this place and actually went to Zales they were a lot nicer.

I love my ring my fiance chose. However, a diamond on the tip fell out shortly after I received it and we had to send it out. It fell out a second time and I just received it back. I'm looking at it and it looks damaged. The corner is a very obvious part on the ring. Looks like I'll be returning to the store again. Both times we had to call to find out my ring was back also.

We went in on Easter Sunday 30 mins before closing. Maria helped me get exactly what I asked her for price wise, my girlfriend picked her ring (she's in love with it)! She made the experience so easy, hassle-free & most importantly she listened to us. We will definitely be back to see Maria!

Bought an engagement ring from Kay’s. As a company, we have had so many issues with Kay’s. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a store without there being some kind of problem. I will say this was the better store of the ones I’ve been to. They were patient and really worked to help us resolve some of the issues we’d been having with Kay’s. If I was rating Kay’s as a whole, 1 star. But this store in particular was helpful.

My husband and I stopped in just to price wedding rings since I recently lost the diamond in mine and we were looking to either replace the diamond or purchase a new wedding set. Sally and I cant remember the other associate but they were very helpful. We gave them our budget and I was able to find a BEAUTIFUL wedding set. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks Kay for making my 3 yr anniversary even more memorable.

The woman who helped me begrudgingly, kept asking whom was next instead of really helping. I will never go to their store again. I bought a beautiful piece of jewelry from Costco and a gentleman helped me. Took 2 minutes.
