Loved my haircut, just got a simple trim and added some long layers. Laurie listened to me, asked questions to clarify the length I wanted and took her time making sure everything was even. Not much of a talker, but honestly it was such a relief. Small talk is my nightmare. Haha. Just moved into the area and they're like 5 mins from my house, so sounds like I found my new salon! Never felt pressured into buying products or upgrading to a styling, decent pricing, and the building is super nice and simple. 10/10 would recommend. Service: Haircut

I came yesterday and they said it’s appointment only so I scheduled an appointment for 9:20am the next morning (which is today) so I arrive here at 9:10am so I make sure I’m on time for my appointment, a man walks in about 5 minutes after me and has a seat, the lady who just finished cutting a clients hair walks the client to the door and takes the guy who walked in behind me, didn’t ask us if we had appointments or anything like that. I have a wedding to be at in 3 hours now which is why I scheduled so early, it’s 9:30 now and nobody is near done with their client. I will never come back here for a haircut, The customer service is very poor, I haven’t even been greeted and I’ve been here almost half an hour now. I’m pretty sure she took him because his lighter skin complexion. KEEP IT CUT train your employees on customer service before anything. Haircuts are average as well so you’re not missing out going to a place who treats you right, especially when you’re paying $30 or more dollars plus a tip. Edit: Yes I gave the lady a tip because she had nothing to do with what happened so why penalize her? The woman who I felt discriminated against me wasn’t who cut my hair. I have no need to email you guys either because there’s not much more to speak about. I have a good barber now so there’s no hard feelings, just felt I should give people a heads up on what to expect when coming in for a haircut. Have a nice one. Services: Beard trim, Haircut

Make an appointment. But then, don't make the mistake of missing it. These folks are chill(why am I not erasing this word!?).Really though; the rates are decent, especially in Tempe, especially when it's not my usual place(please; take a look). Especially when they have an even compliment of women and men twirling scissors like lethal fidget spinners and taking down the unruliest of mops. A rare 5 stars! (They helped me with my tennis elbow) Sydney is The Shizz.

I made a haircut appointment online. Arrived at the store and everyone was busy. Never was acknowledged at all. After about 4 people checked out I just left. Thanks for wasting my time.

I went here out of a recommendation and was very unsure about the place cause im really picky about who cuts my hair but i have to say, the staff is very friendly and very detailed in their work. Really cutting and styling just how you like! Ended up signing up for their membership.

Great place! Their monthly special makes it easier for me to keep my hair short. Always easy to get an appointment, and all of the ladies have been great with cutting my hair.

I searched autistic haircuts this place popped up.. the lady asked if she would sit still.. I informed her he might, he got a hair cut few weeks ago… she said “I don’t think it’ll be safe” okay, can you try? If you are a minute late (yes literally minute) they won’t cut your hair or re-schedule it. It happened to me twice this location. First time they were rude about the my late and I take the responsibility. I moved to Keep it cut Ahwatukee and found that location is very friendly, has great customer service 10x better than Tempe. Second time, as I live in Tempe l wanted to give a try and unfortunately I was late 30 sec to 1 minute late and they changed my appointment to later. Seriously(?). Yes like other review, the hair stylist took the guy walked in front of me while I was standing just behind him. And asked me if I got any email confirmation. I never got any email confirmation last whole 2020 and 2021. Yes they send me invoice after the haircut not confirmation of booking! (I am emailed the about the problem.) anyway They lost a customer. I’m so disappointed that I canceled my MEMBERSHIP for this TEMPE Location! About the membership: Unless you’re super serious about your hair, always keeping it sharp , high fade, the membership doesn’t worth it with this kind of service.

I've been a member here for a super long time, at least 2 member price increases. I've seen stylist come and go but I've been having Felicia cut my hair almost the whole time I've been a member with keep it cut. I'd have her cut my hair 100% of the time but she told me keep it cut gives her a couple of days a week off for a break. That makes me sad but I guess good for her.

Fantastic, unfortunately I lost the card of my hair stylist. He was great. I was greeted walking in door with no appointment and immediately seated. This was by Google search after walking into a Great Clips and saw not one person even after calling hello. Place could have easily been robbed.
