The worse Grillz place you could find! So many issues I had with this company. Turn around time over by a month. When I got it, it was the worse made Grillz I never seen! They didn't care if it fit or not, they just wanted the money.

This place is so unprofessional!!! I ordered my Hubby a grill the 16th of December, it’s been 2 months and I’m still given the run around! The elder gentlemen that answers the phone will continuously tell you it’ll be here Monday. This has gone on for weeks. They gave many reasons to why it’s taking for ever but honestly when spending such a large amount of money, no one wants to hear excuses. If you tell a customer it’ll take 3-5 weeks, then that’s what it should take. If your backed up on orders then that should be explained. This place is a joke and they feel like that can’t be touched in small claims court.

Just go somewhere else... beyond poor customer service. I’m working on being the bigger n better person, which is the only reason i put up with their unprofessional behavior n disrespect. Even though I was told a week by the father n son, after waiting a month I didn’t even want the mf grill anymore, I Just didn’t feel like giving these mfs almost 400 bucks so I came back n got it. Take a road trip and your business to Johnny Dang or King Johnny.

Walked into the store. Already knew what I wanted. No prices displayed anywhere, was quoted 320$-360$ for top 8 solid gold no design no nothing. I said let’s move forward let’s get it. He said hold on, I can do one better maybe save you some money. I said okay better Is always great. I’m always down to save money. Then the store rep said wait let me make a call. Picks up the phone and calls I assume the owner or a decision maker and stated I have a guy that wants the top 8 solid gold what’s the price he said 462$. Like how sway. Is that a bait and switch, switch and switch. People not on the same page. I just know I don’t like it. I don’t like being played or being apart of bad business practices. 10/09/2019

I’ve never waited this long for a grill it’s been almost 2 months. Now they can’t give me a refund cause their finally making it. This is bs and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
