Ben did a terrific job in both helping us find a setting at our price point and setting a stone we already had for our engagement ring. And when we had a hard time finding a matching wedding band, he was able to make a perfect match at more than half the cost of some other big chain jewelry stores who gave us quotes. We are so thankful that we didn't have to sacrifice on quality on something this important to us.

Working with Ben on an engagement ring was an absolute pleasure! I originally called him without knowing that he only did custom work, and since I had a small budget I assumed that anything he could provide would be outside of my price range. It turned out that he could design a ring that was not only more ideal than a pre-made setting I was considering from another jeweler, but also for just over HALF the cost of the pre-made option(seriously!). From the first phone call and subsequent meetings with Ben it was clear that he was reasonable, honest, and up front about everything. He gave me sound advice on how to best pick a non-diamond stone (aquamarine) even though that is not his specialty, and worked with one of his suppliers to get me a stone that perfectly fit the size, color, and price range that I wanted. Ben is a great person to deal with as well as an amazingly talented jeweler. The look and quality of the final product was just what my fiance and I wanted. We will definitely be working with Ben to make the wedding band!

I am so thankful I was referred to Brio by one of my family members, who has been using Ben for years, for the purchase our wedding and engagement rings. Ben was extremely patient knowing that this was a big purchase for us. My wife had a idea of what she wanted, a vintage engagement ring and Ben made it happen. He is honest and will take the time to explain cut, color and clarity options. I have also purchased a pair of diamond studs earrings and couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor and support a local diamond expert who will give you a personal custom experience and for a better price then any retail store.

Ben at Brio, is one of the most amazing jewelers I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Ben worked with me for months on end to find the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. He went above and beyond the call of duty, to find us the perfect stone, and setting. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable through the whole process.
