Worst place ever, I come in to pick up like everyone else and this lady because she was her before she jumps to the front and pay all of the things that she has in the cart. (Knowing I got a text on the phone my order was ready and I didn't jump to the front) having a 6 people behind me, people just jump in front not giving a dam about the rest. ~Gladys

Moved to SD a little less than a year ago and tried out a few gyms around my neighborhood. Tried out a few free classes at different places and they just weren't for me. When I walked into OTF for my first free class, EVERYONE was so welcoming! Front desk staff, members in the lobby and the Coaches made me feel very comfortable. I walked out with the unlimited membership and I haven't looked back since. This place is so much fun and the workouts are GREAT! Also, you will build friendships while you're here. I had a good experience. The young man who help me was fast and respectful. Not just that, when he was about to put the tire in my trunk he started to look for a towel to clean and dry off the tire. That showed me his respect and concern. I appreciated that. He was clean fast and respectful. That made him perfect. Thank you! ~Santa

They would not take a prepaid return of an Apple Watch because it did not have the battery inside sticker. That sticker is not required if it’s going ground and explain to the lady that it is not a requirement, but she refused to except the package because she said that it was store policy ~Fredd

I went there a couple of months ago and I really liked it! The store had a lot of discounts and it was full of people. I liked that the employees were cool with us and very helpful, regardless of how crowded it was. I like the materials of their clothes and also the prices were accesible, not to expensive. I used to dislike this brand, but after some time, I devided to give it a chance and I'm happy with it. Do I like it? Yes. Would I come back? Yes. Do I recommend it? Yes. ~Dave
